@スズキ - what version of Jira Data Center are you using? (Check the footer while you're viewing a dashboard.) Are the dashboard gadgets loading properly? If you see any that aren't loading (share any error messages), you could try removing the troublesome gadget/s.

Can you try copying a board in your Jira instance and seeing if the admins copy over? In Jira Cloud, the board admins carry over to the copy.

I'd recommend automated analysis tools over manually inspecting your logs. 😃 In situations where you need to manually review logs, I like to use Visual Studio Code along with a VSCode log file highlighter to make it easier to scan your logs.

@Manuela - if you want to sort your Jira tasks in any order you'd like, consider making a board (a Kanban or Scrum board) to help organize your work. That feature is in both versions of Jira.
