Can you post the automation details here? Are you using an variable for the hostname? If so, try to create another variable in the subtask creation with same name having value as of actual host name.

Hi, Welcome to the Community. Seems you're asking about JQL: project=XYZ and created >=-10d and resolution=empty project=JATP and created >=-10d and statusCategory!=Done Sometimes, the resolution are empty even for the DONE status category, hence you may also use the above as well. 

You may use the Jira email buttons or template in the jira automation. But prior that, can you share the issue while sending mail via post functions?
