Hey @박성민(학해) An application or a plugin in jira can only be added when it is a licensed product. Also an application can only be added by the Jira Administrators. Therefore the Jira Administration permission is required. Thank You.

Hi @Teresa_DevSamurai Happy Wednesday. Properties and Triggers are two features I'm yet to explore in my Advanced Workflow. Or else I am taking full advantage of Validators and Conditions. My teams come to me sometimes asking Where is the Product Owner Review Status in the Jira Status? And I ask them back Are all of the…

Hello @cheikh charles ndiaye That's practically not possible is jira for an existing project. Unless you have the right permission to manually set the id to 1 from the query(not sure if that's feasible as well), though you delete all the tickets, the counter keeps updating. Like @Sharumathy Krishnan mentioned the best…

Hello @Jan Jost Welcome to the community. The auto update behavior is something the Jira cloud handles automatically. It is automatically updated for my whenever I make changes. This is not something your jira administrator can configure from jira. If you are not observing the automatic behavior, kindly create a support…

Hello @Jonathan Huet Welcome to the community. We can add the fourth hierarchy Initiative in Jira when we are using the Premium Packages. I'm currently using Standard package so Adding another hierarchy is not possible for me. But Adding Initiative as a new hierarchy won't disrupt any features and EPICS. Though any tickets…

Hello @Bianca.Inglezos Welcome to the Community. The Done Tickets aren't actually deleted. It is only that the Done tickets should be displayed in Done Column. 1. Map your tickets in Done status with the Done Column from your Settings Configure Board settings.

More than 10 members means you need to plan for a standard plan. I don't think we can have more than 10 users in a free plan. I need to confirm!
-
For a Standard Plan the trial period is 14 days. If you wish to continue the plan you should pay as per the Jira Pricing. Or instead you can revert back to free plan where you can use it for as long as you want to. Just make sure to not be inactive for 120days.
-
Hello @Siva Vemula Welcome to the community. As per the atlassian documentation: If all the Jira Cloud products on your site are on a Free plan, your Jira Cloud products will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. If any Jira Cloud product on your site is on a paid plan, this doesn't apply to that site.Jan 26, 2023…

@Marcus Nicholson Yes You can. Just update the query filter for your board by selecting the issuetype of EPIC only. issuetype = Epic This will show your board which has EPICS in different statuses based on the columns you map.
-
This workflow means any ticket can be moved to any statuses at from any status. regarding users not being able to move tickets, that could be the permission issue. Check your Project Permission scheme and verify if transitioning issue permission is enabled to all of your team members.

Hi @Zoe Rowley You can modify the query by including multiple sprints. Query: assignee in (team-member 1, team-member 2, team-member 3) AND sprint in ('Sprint 5','Sprint 6', 'Sprint 7') Or you can add sprint in openSprints() to get all open sprints across multiple projects. Kindly accept the answer if it's helpful to you.…
-
Hello @Zoe Rowley Welcome to the community. Why not create a separate board where the board filter will be assignee in (team-member 1, team-member 2, team-member 3) This way you will get tickets assigned to the assignee mentioned in the filter across the projects under an organization.

Yes you can. Though this will be a task specific automation. For ever new word you want to separate the summary, you should create a new automation action.
