Hi @Abhishek Sharma I have created a custom issue type "Story Defect". For an active story the bugs identified by QA are Story defect. Create a Jira Status "Back To developer" From Test in Progress whenever there is a Story Defect logged, the ticket moves back to developer. Implement Back to developer and Story defect and…

Hi @Sayed Kamaloddin Peerzade Are those team members under the default groups Jira Users and Jira Developers? The basic permission scheme for Jira Developers allows individuals to edit the ticket and ticket status. Can you share the permission scheme and screenshot of your workflow?

Hello @Rajakumaran Balashanmugam , If you have different boards under a project, you need to check what filters each boards has. In your Project Board Setting go to General and see the Filter or Saved Filter section. If you have proper right you will see the edit filter query. If both of the filter query contains your Jira…
-
@Laura Vargas Awesome. Kindly accept the answer for future reference in finding quick filters.
-
@Laura Vargas Another possible reason: If you are trying to edit a filter but the filter donot have Edit Permission. In that case you should ask someone who created the filter to share that EDIT or admin permission to you on that specific filter.

Hi @fredrikfjetland If you try this query you will get your result: status = "In Progress" AND updatedDate >= startOfMonth(-1M) AND updatedDate <= endOfMonth(-1M) Also if you want to get the tickets in Progress for last 30 days below query is the asnwer. issuetype in standardIssueTypes() and status = "In Progress" and…

Hello @Laura Vargas You can edit or add new filters from Settings -> Quick Filters. Did you try adding your desired filter in the section below: Adding or editing filters from this section will solve your problem.

Hi @Sayed Kamaloddin Peerzade This could be because of two things. * View the workflow first. Maybe you changed the workflow and there is not next status you can transition from the current status. * Check Permission Scheme. Maybe your administrator has updated something with Issue Transition, Updating Issues Permission…

* Why is it all quiet here? * When will the plantation start? * What is the location of plantation? * Whom to followup or any newsletter as a followup on our plantation progress? * What are the next initiatives to follow up and contribute?

@Marjorie Appreciate your ideas. I've observed your motivation by sharing facts and infograph during July Plant a Tree initiative. What could be the way to get this reviewed or planned from the Atlassian Teams and Atlassian Community Managers? @Monique vdB You are the only hope we've got :) Please plant our initiative…

@Monique vdB I want my trees planted among @Craig Nodwell Forest 😋
-
Hey @Craig Nodwell I'm now heading to your league where Trees to plant are lesser than the trees I've planted😋
-
I don't see the option to rename the groups yet. Can you let us know when will it be available? I'm using the cloud version only. @Kieren
-
2023 and still not possible to edit group names. So sad.
-
@Monique vdBIt would be great if we could get the coordinates of the alad where the Eden Reforestation Project plants these 30000 trees. I would boost myself among other friends telling we planted these trees in Africa :) What do other community members think about this?
-
July is Special for me. 25th July is my Dirthday and being associated with Atlassian community this year I helped in planing 750+ trees. What a amazing month and amazing community members and leaders to be a part of.

Let’s compare human oxygen consumption to the oxygen output of a fairly large tree of 50 cm diameter and approximate height of 30-40 metres. This tree produces roughly 123 grams or 92 litres of pure oxygen a day, providing the average human with 14% of his or her daily requirement. What about the 7 billion people besides…

Joined the July Campaign thinking of Doing 100 trees. Completed 700+ now. I want to see where those trees will be planted and what volume of oxygen will those trees produce on a long run. :) @Monique vdB @Summer Hogan @Marjorie , @walter, @Craig and everyone making this 30000 trees, this is a huge contribution we are doing…

@Cosma Papouis I find that you have referenced the custom field very well. But if it is not being identified can you check the Contexts screen and where the custom field is being used. If your Jira Service Management Project is not exposed with the newly created custom field, you may not see this in your API.
-
@Cosma Papouis If you are looking for how the custom field value is retrieved, you have it on your ... menu on the right where you can do Edit details, Contexts and default value and other actions. If you hover over those options then it displays the custom field id in the url below:

Looks like a fake email. But it still has atlassian.com in the email body. Please try to raise a support or question to either atlassian support or the community leader/manager you know.
-
@Dana A Wow! This is something I got to think about. If we keep such habits of contribution as a monthly thing, we will definitely make global impact. Appreciate your mindset.
-
Its always Jira and Confluence. I am interested in the Advanced Jira Roadmap buy sad to say that my company is running Jira Standard Plan.
-
I'm my company's Jira Administrator and do all the work that is required for a developer, a scrum master(me) and my product owner.
-
@Monique vdB I've created a separate disucssion for my request regarding Atlassian Global Initiative here: Feedback for Global Initiative:- Atlassian Global Impact We should discuss regarding this once we complete the July Plant Trees campaign.
-
@Monique vdB Where can we find the total trees planted by the Atlassian community ever? A breakdown by years would be even more insightful. Also the stats of above post for year should be updated as we have already added the count in July.
-
@Marjorie Your facts and information in the comment thread is answering many of my questions. Thanks for sharing.
-
@Craig Nodwell Your contribution is almost 10% of the total campaign. You will have your Forest this time with the help of Atlassian Community.

@Renee Geffre Did you try the Display Name Smart value? {{issue.watchers.displayName}} This gives you the name which is actually displayed for the user in their Jira.
