Is this still EAP or GA now? I don't understand from this article.
-
Great that it worked! it was only an educated guess ;)
-
We got Microsoft Forms for that kind of stuff but you could use anything that gives the results as csv. Pretty sure Rovo can understand that if attached to the Chat. Worst Case you can create a Confluence table from the csv. Rovo can then go through each row and create Confluence pages from it - not sure if that's one step…
-
Using this today!!
-
Hi @Damiano Di Battista How is your list formatted in Confluence? I'd recommend a table as you then can clearly state if column 1 matches, take info from column 2. Rovo CAN read tables and understand their structure. Just created Epics from a table and it did exactly the right thing with the right columns. In this case it…

Hi @YOGESH KHAIRNAR there is still not a lot of info the usage credits of Rovo, only this: Rovo usage quota | Rovo | Atlassian Support You can decide what context Rovo uses for each Chat interaction and per Agent. It's either using the current view (e.g. a Confluence page), the company knowledge it has access or the Web…

Feels like it's not a great use case for an Agent. Sounds like you need the Agent to A) always ask the same question in the same way B) in the correct order C) AND remember all results correctly NOT a great use of GenAI. How about: 1. Build a form with the 44 questions. -> This makes sure it's always the correct questions…

How have I never seen your Roundups before? Thanks for the shoutout @Jimmy Seddon and Kudos for such a great summary!!
-
Hi @Dave Smith - welcome to the Community the idea with Definitions is all about using internal knowledge. For instance to answer these questions: * What does this acronym mean in my company? * How do we use this term? * What does this process refer to? You can ask Rovo chat to define a word/paragraph and activate web…

Hi @Murat Puralıgil - welcome to the Community! Agents work with "Skills": Rovo agent skills | Rovo | Atlassian Support Currently, there is not http request skill available. The idea is, that you can create your own skills via Forge, but I think that is still in EAP. Atlassian is working on MCP Support for…

Hi @David Alonso like @Melbrin NGOUILOU said, Atlassian has announced that Rovo Chat now has memory. All changes regarding testing & improving Agents are still in developement. See What's New in Rovo Agents: Your Bi-Monthly Update - Atlassian Community for the latest news and updates. So: it's in the works but don't think…
-
Thanks for the Update @Rachelle Rathbone & @Jensen Fleming - love to see where you guys are heading with Rovo. We have a session to Rovo-lutionize our Service Desk this week so hoping we got all the JSM Updates already! :)
-
Thank you for the Update! I am currently migrating ~10.000 users from DC to Cloud and see the most issues with nesting macro capabilities. People have to completely redesign their pages for them to properly work in the new editor, even with the Legacy Macro. Pair that with unsupported macros and the perfect storm is…

Again, thanks for all your kind comments! Feels like i found a niche in the Community that's worth following up on. Maybe not every week, but once a quarter or so? :)

Hi @田中優貴 can you just clarify whether you are using a Virtual Service Agent or a Rovo Agent? For me, it is still two different things and options in the Studio but I know that Atlassian is working on merging them - so maybe you are on a different version? For Rovo Agents, the only option (rolled out to my sites) is to…

Thanks for the lovely comments @Ciara - _Eficode_ @Robert Eiser @Anahit Sukiasyan While writing "JEIRA" the very german way, I was wondering how other languages would write out that mispronounciation. Any suggestions?
-
Thank you for the shout out (and accepting my answers so I *could* climb to the top ;) )! Always learning something new. Skills vs. Actions Confusion This one’s still common: Skills = what the agent can do Actions = what the user triggers Since a Skill can sometimes appear as an Action, the terms overlap more than users…

@Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ Are you on a preview where Service Agents (Portal-view; target group = Customer) and Rovo (Agent-view; Licensed users only) have merged already? On my sites, Rovo Agents and Virtual Service Agents are still two separate things.
-
@Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ They actually rolled back that specific button after a short while and have now re-introduced it. Now it's called "Web search" but I feel like it still doesn't do what I'd expect it to do.
-
Marc gave the correct answer and the documentation is correct as well - it just needs to be updated in wording (Products > Apps). You went to the wrong Administration level first. Portal-only customers are managed in the Global Administration as per Marc's description and my answer below.
-
This loom shows how to remove a customer from a customer organization. This does not remove the access of a customer. They will still be able to access all projects unless all request types in the projects are restricted to the respective customer organization.
-
Hi @Martin Hirsch Portal-only customers can be deleted in the Global administration. It's what @Marc -Devoteam- tried to direct you to. 1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ and pick your Org. 2. Click on Apps 3. Expand "Sites" and select the Site 4. Expand "Jira Service Management" 5. Click on Portal-only customers You…

Hi @Matt P I think it's just different wording between Beta and GA. As Rovo Dev and Rovo are two seperate products, i guess the teams used different wording at the start but now standardize the documentation and pricing models. I couldn't find any details on what action uses how many credits unfortunately. I'll try to get…

As always - a great summary of all the things that are going on. Hopefully seeing some more of the TEAM EU Announcements in the next edition ;) Thanks @Sherif Mansour !
-
Hi @Dayanand Biradar - welcome to the Community, The Rovo Rollout was a little weird for some sites. They announced one date and then Rovo got rolled out way before that by accident. They then rolled it back for a while. So: When did you get Rovo and when did it disappear? Are you the Org Admin? Could somebody else have…
-
Hi @Roger Zhen Wang - welcome to the Community. Can you give some more details about what the Agent is supposed to do exactly and what kind of behaviour you're seeing? There is still some development on custom field support.
-
Hi @Eshwar Sachidananda welcome to the Community. I've not seen any announcements and there is no published feature request for it. I think that Atlassian will focus on SaaS connectors first.
-
Hi @Fabiano Damasceno I don't know of that group and the ability to give access to only one group. These days, Rovo can be activated on Sandbox and Production seperately for each App, but for all Users at once. The only thing you can control is who can create Agents. With Rovo Rollout hitting it's last stage, you should…

Hi @venkatasai.pulluri - welcome to the Community, Jensen just published an article on parsing of the AgentResponse: How to Use {{agentResponse}} in Atlassian Automati... - Atlassian Community including a JSON option. Maybe that's helpful too?
-
Thank you for this article, @Jensen Fleming ! You can also do other generic Smart Value actions with the AgentResponse which can be super helpful.
