Wherever needed! However, stepping outside my home I see the devastating results of pests and dryness in our forests here everyday. So Europe could certainly use some too ;)

Like John said. The "currentUser()" is a Variable so will be whatever user is looking into the queue. Queues are shared objects - there are no "individual" queues for users so once you recreate the queue, every agent in the project will have access. The only thing a user can do individually is mark it as "favorite" / star…

Hi @Nguyệt Ánh and welcome to the Community, so you're saying * Mark multiple cells * Click on the arrow (Cell options) Instead of the menu popping up, the selection will reset? I can't replicate that behaviour on my sites.
-
Hi @Andy Price not sure why it disappeared, possibly an Admin deleted it? But you can simply recreate it with the following JQL: assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = Unresolved Optionally, you can order it by whatever field you wish, for instance "Created": assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = Unresolved order by…

@Joshua Buison This is the Rollout Plan when I check on admin.atlassian for my Orgs. So I guess it's coming in the next 4 weeks latest
-
@Valerie Knapp I don't think this is a new feature. You can give anonymous access to Jira, just not to all features. I am pretty sure anything that requires an additional license will still be only visible to licensed users - such as Boards. I guess Atlassian is simply referencing the mere option of sharing anonymously.…

Hi @Emilie Zawadzki and welcome to the Community, Boards (as in Kanban and Sprint Boards) can only be seen with a Jira Software License. You can make "loose" Issues public by sharing Dashboards and Filters with the whole wide world, but not in context of Agile Boards. Workaround: You can share the Board's filter publicly…

Hi @Yash Pradhan are you using Access for User sync? When Users are synched from a directory, you cannot change their email adress. If the user's atlassian account is managed by a different Organisation, you also wouldn't be able to change the email.
-
Hi @Neeharika U and welcome to the Community! Where are you expecting the field to show up? Have you tried the "Find you field" function? If you added it to the right screens, it could be a Field Config or Context issue maybe.
-
Mhm.. Basic would be the correct thing in that case. Have you put in your email-address (from the Atlassian Account) as username?
-
So you want the Status including all transitions removed? You have a Status "ABC" and probably "All" transitions on the other statuses as well. You wouldn't be able to delete the status from the Workflow, if the workflow is active. To delete a status from an active workflow, you will have to Copy the current workflow. Do…

Hi @Fiona Morrison and welcome to the Community, There have been several changes to Epics last year and more recently. Epic Link and Parent Link have been replaced by Parent. However I believe Parent Link was still active on some sites up until 1/2 weeks ago. So might be that changes rolled out to your site recently. Check…

Hi @Vrutika Gaikwad and welcome to the Community! What other options are there for Authentication Type? Auth with Token should be something other than Basic Auth -> Basic is Username Password. Something available containing "token" or "bearer" ?
-
Hi @BX In Jira, it doesn't matter who created what, so that is 100% not the issue. Can you provide some screenshots of where you're at? I struggle to understand which part you want to delete.
-
Hi @Morten bruhn and welcome to the Community, what is your role on the Confluence Site? Access can sometimes be requested on the Confluence page, but that might be disabled in your case. If so, users can only be added by User Access Admins or above (Site Admins, Org Admins). If you are still on Data center (that's likely…
-
Hi @Matt Palmer you need to click on the link after inserting and change the view setting to "inline". Read this for reference: Smart Links in Confluence | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support The colored background is probably the /panel macro.
-
Hi @Guilherme Bombonato Vaz de Mello where in Automation are you looking for the field?
-
In that case, you can simply use the issue fields condition and don't need a smart value. You can check for selected values in Multiselect fields: is one of... equals.... is empty... etc. You need to create a lookup table where you manage your comment texts. Then create 3 variables for each condition and set a value from…

Thanks for the Update @Wanda Lugo - that's the Community spirit we love to see on here :)
-
Can you yourself keep track of all the different communication channels regarding product updates or are you getting the management summary - if so, could I get that too?
-
Does the 2. feature also work for Accounts that were synched though internal IDP (Atlassian Accounts with Customer permission on the claimed domain) and show as "private email adress" in JSM?
-
Check out this article that provides 2 Workarounds: The Comment restriction by project Roles is unavailable in Jira Service Management Tickets | Jira | Atlassian Documentation
-
Hi @Steven_Kitchen_liquidlogic_co_uk and welcome to the Community, Are you the Jira admin and can you check to what the "Comment visibility" setting is set to? Jira Settings > System > General Configuration for "Comment visibility" it should be either "Groups & Project Roles" or "Project Roles only"
-
Hi @Wanda Lugo this is definitely a Marketplace App. Looks like it could be Calendar for Jira | Atlassian Marketplace ? They have a documentation available. According to that, you can create a Basic Calender that is independent of a project. Go to the top navigation > Apps > Calendar. If you are a Jira Admin you can check…

Hi @Lukasz is the answer to the question saved into a Jira Field? If it's only part of a form, you're more or less out of luck or at least have to fiddle with the forms API which isn't that far developed yet. I would therefore suggest creating a Multiselect List Custom field (if not done yet) so you can easily access the…

For the customers or maybe even for all users it would also be an idea to reroute the URL. Your're on Data Center so self hosted. Someone with decent tech knowledge should be able to temporarily reroute the URL to some sort of "Maintanance" page?
-
Hi @Andy Hurley Are your instances connected to an external User directory? You could disable the external User directory. As long as the users only exist in that one, they wouldn't be able to log in. You would need to be logged in with an Admin user from the local Jira directory and use that for the maintenance.…
-
Hi @Adrian Karashanov and welcome to the Community, might be indeed a temporary problem? In what project type is that error occuring? Jira Work Management or Software? Team Managed or Company managed?
-
Hi @Kamil Askerov First of all, any changes to user permissions and setting are tracked in the Audit log, so you should check that if you feel like somebody is messing with your configuration: Track organization activities from the audit log | Atlassian Support Users can get product access if they are moved to Product…

Hi @Shaun McGuire I don't have access to the EAP myself, but in the screenshot in the announcement post it sounds like you can customize each help center to show specific portals only: Early Access Program: Multiple Help Centers in JSM - Atlassian Community So i would try to go into the help center and check for options in…
