Please note that this is a public Community forum and you've just posted two information that are helpful to any attacker: Your Email and site name. Please redact these infos from your question.

Hi @David Malka Hi @Jean Horn While I can't help you directly, I have escalated this question to the Atlassian Team on the Community here. Email issues usually are not on Atlassian's side but some rules on the receiving end. Note that marketing emails and verification code come from different sender email addresses so…

Hi @Dmytro Admin_test Very interesting and avlid question! Are these portal-only customer Accounts or are they Atlassian Accounts with JSM Customer App "license" that show up in your regular user directory? That may make a difference...
-
I've also directed your question to some people at Atlassian who are currently working at Skills, so hopefully the Create Page skill is improved soon.
-
I've not got experience with Agents in the Mobile App to be honest. If there is a feedback button in the App somewhere, I'd use that. Otherwise a regular Support Ticket is certainly helpful as they can create feature requests or bug reports on your behalf as well.
-
@Chris Bezile does the Service User have Confluence access set up in the Administration? That would be the first thing I'd check.
-
We resolved this security concern internally by yet another awareness campaign (well.. a Slack post anyway) about prompt injection in general and that external content always has to be reviewed before feeding it into any AI system.

I've just added Part 4 where I am diving into new API endpoints for Service Accounts and their credentials! A Guide to Service Accounts in Atlassian Cloud - P... - Atlassian Community I've also updated all other parts to reflect those new insights. Hope it helps, as most of us are nearing the first round of token renewals.

Part 4 is out now! I am diving deep into new API endpoints that help us with managing Service Accounts and their credentials! A Guide to Service Accounts in Atlassian Cloud - P... - Atlassian Community

I've just updated the article to reflect new information that I've published in Part 4: Token renewal Managing Service Accounts have gotten a lot easier!

Hi @Sven Hamelink - welcome to the Community, firstly, please note that this is a public forum so do not share internal information or screenshots that is not needed for answering your question. The site url and space name is irrelevant to us but reveils information that may be useful to attackers. We also don't have…

Hi @J_ Houston putting Rovo on the Blocklist for an App only removes UI elements in that specific App. It doesn't affect the Teamwork Graph which is the underlying data graph that Rovo as well as MCP/CLI integrations use to access data. If you block Rovo from all Apps, nobody will be able to use Rovo Chat or Agents.…
-
@Rick Westbrock you're right. Same date for my sites! Thank you :)
-
@Marie Casabonne I've got the same question as @Rick Westbrock
-
See - that explanation makes complete sense to me, although I don't personal have had this requirement. And Jira PMs will now see this explanation and understand your point as well :) You are using Jira for Project Management, not just for Task Tracking. And that's where this new Release is not really offering…
-
That's the one. I explicitly called it "concern" because Prompt Injection is nothing new and in this case a licensed user needs to explicitly upload an unchecked document to Rovo. But Security people all over the world have become nervous because of this and maybe that was the case in your company too.
-
Very exciting to see Autonomous Agents being rolled out to everybody. I very much hope that the Agent visibility issue, where Org Admins don't get the full list, is fixed very soon. I've reported this over and over to multiple PMs and the issue still persists. That makes governance impossible.
-
Rovo-388 is not quite up to date. Reading Images from Jira works
-
You can't really use Service Accounts for MCP or CLI access yet though. Service Accounts always require scoped tokens. The token scopes available for selection in the Admin UI are not the ones that the Teamwork Graph API is requiring though. So even if you select all possible scopes for one App, only a hand full of tools…
-
Hi @Dannie Tjahjono - welcome to the Community, the path you gave your admin is only correct if you've never had Rovo activated and even then Rovo should be rolled out automatically or through support. There was a security concern published yesterday so I am assuming one of two things: * A different Admin blocked all Apps…

@Becker_ Rene I don't quite understand your definition of overdue. To me, overdue is everything that is unresolved and the due date was before today (now). What does the resolution date have to do with it? Do you want to track all issues, that were overdue on the day they were resolved? Maybe not a discussion for this…

I've booked hotel and tickets months ago!! Excited for "Compliance without compromise: Adopting cloud for EU enterprises" as I hope there are some new announcements around this.
-
Hey @Anna Pietyszuk - welcome to the Community, I've requested Atlassian's assistance on this as other users are reporting similar issues. I suspect a general bug that is affecting some customers (but maybe not all). You could always check with the Atlassian Support directly as well.

Another user acutally has reported a similar behavior: Rovo does not recognize the context of the current...
-
Hi @Sean Soeun could you share the (anonymized) prompt with us?
-
Yes this! And also: Atlassian is working on Autonomous Agents as we speak so Agents will execute their Skills when triggered via Automations very soon :)
-
Agents are not automatically selected. Rovo Chat also doesn't have a list of Agents so it can't recommend any Agent to you. If you chat to Rovo, you are using plain chat. If you need an Agent, you need to select the specific Agent yourself. Workaround: Have an inventory of all Agents with descriptions on a Confluence page…
-
I'd add that you can have Rovo look explicitly for conflicting information and it can give you some ideas about which one is accurate based off on last updated date and views.
-
Hi @AGASTYA SHARMA The main difference is that Rovo connectors index the 3rd party data into the Teamwork Graph for permanent access while MCP connections only provide data/actions on demand.

Hi @DIGITAL NEXUS C_A_ Credit use is probably not the issue as Credit limits are not yet enforced. There are some outages from time to time. Did you get any error messages?
