Pleasently surprised by how early and well this is communicated. I personally don't mind the change at all and hadn't had any users complain about converting pages and losing content in the past couple of months - so I am assuming that it now works seemless. Thank you @Elle Ky

Hi @Morgan Wang are there any plans on making it easier navigating back from the Hubs into the products? See New navigation and company hub: How can I navigate... Currently it's really difficult for a regular user to switch - the App switcher is not really commonly used by your standard user. Just reading about deprecating…

mhm... So you *could* extract the email address per Regex. But also, have you tried to limit Rovos answer by giving him a Regex representing the email format? "Your answer has to match this Regex: ...." Not sure if that gets you anywhere but i imagine it may be more restrictive than "only give me the email"? worth a try…

To quote my colleague: "this feels like the missing piece of the puzzle" Let's see if it proves to be exactly that :) glad to have stumbled upon this announcement

Only seeing this now - will there be another Q&A soon? We are currently ramping up our test scenarios, playing around with different use cases and capabilites. Running into lots of smaller issues and appreciating the input :)

Update: Recent tests resulted more or less consistently in statusCategory != Done which is progress.

To clarify some vocabulary - by your description, you are transitioning a work item / ticket between statuses. In this specific case you are transitioning from status "waiting for support" to status "Pending" by using the "to be planned for development" transition. Removing the "Resolution" field from the "JIRA Service…

Hi @Pascal Janssen can you specify what you mean by "Queue"? You cannot actually move a Ticket between Queues as Queues are merely filters. You can change a ticket and depending on the changes it will show up in a different queue - but there is no dedicated "move queue" action. The screen you are seeing is definitely a…

@Jack Brickey I regularly check for unresolved issues and fix their Workflows and set Resolutions. Some of my customers have really funky workflows where issues are in a done status WAY before they are actually resolved. Certainly not my doing :D

The performance of the rule would depend on the number of issues. If you limit the automation scope by JQL in the trigger - which you did - , this should be fine. If you have a lot of other rules in other projects that run at the same time, performance may be lower as well. Are you on DC or Cloud? I imagine the rule is…

Hi @Zendtest and welcome to the Community, Could you give us a little more context at what you are trying to achieve specifically? What happens with the "Tier" afterwards? Assuming that is a custom field? You would usually catch these sort of things with SLAs that are based on Time and Priority. You can define multiple…

Hi @Vuchuog and welcome to the Community, this is not the worst place to start. I can't help you with the problem myself but there are plenty of people on here that might. Another place to look would be the Developer Community as it tends to be more techy: The Atlassian Developer Community Also, if you have a paid license,…

The answer remains the same, sorry!

Hi @Dario Cappuccio and welcome to the Community, 1. yes, you will only pay for the the price difference per user 2. Guard is licensed for one organization but payed per unique user. Any unique, active user that has access to any product on any site of that organization is a billable user for Guard Enterprise pricing is…

I know Confluence doesn't support this for some reason and creating unique prefixes or suffixes will get out of hand very quick. I can make separate spaces for each Product Rev but... That are your options in a nutshell. You cannot reference whole spaces, you could only include the content of pages or add them as link.…

Like I said: i would advise you to ask the Atlassian Support about this Atlassian Support If you get an answer, it would be great if you would let us know :)

Hi @Chris Ou and welcome to the Community, i am assuming, that you have the correct permission in the JSM project and can edit these things yourself? Love the use case by the way! Doing this with Automation was always a pain in the ***.

Hello @Bert Ng and welcome to the Community, we are not using Live pages (yet anyway) for various reasons. However, I would expect them to behave like non-live pages when it comes to Macros and such. I would recommend contacting the official Atlassian Support about this to check this is not a bug.
-
Hi @Britney Ross and welcome to the Community, this unfortunately is not something we can help you with. We are a public forum and don't have any access to any sites. I doubt that the official Atlassian support would do anything about this either, as this is clearly the responsibility of your companies Confluence Admin.…

Hi @Steve Ashton i don't think you will be able to create a Report on such a detailed level without writing your own App (or buying one). The "recent updates" macro will give you updates for a specific space, but only on a level of contribution for edits and distinctive entries for comments and attachments: You won't find…

Hello @Donepudi Narasayya and welcome to the Community, this email would have only been sent to any Organization Admins and not without prior notice. Atlassian notifies you of inactivity first, then reminds you and gives you a grace period before first canceling subscriptions and finally actually deleting anything. We are…

Hi @chote babu and welcome to the Community, permissions are managed in the Permission schemes. Adding attachments is a seperate permission that can be assigned to any project role, user, group etc. So you could edit the project's permission scheme (or create a new) where you grant the "Viewer" role this specific…

Hello @CHADRA RAVI and welcome to the Atlassian Community, unfortunately, we won't be able to help you with Login issues to a specific site. This is a public Community Forum. We cannot see whether you are using SSO or the normal login, if you have the correct permissions and so on. The Admins of the mentioned site will…

Hi @J Rose and welcome to the Community, looking at your screenshot you are still working with the Data Center version of Confluence (or at least with the old editor in Cloud). I could confirm that assumption with a screenshot of the whole page (without showing any private data). The "blue boxes" refer to the Cloud editor,…

Hi @Vie Nguyen and welcome to the Community, I am assuming you want to delete the work items and not the types? I don't know of any way to delete more than the 1000 work items via the UI. You can however utilize the…

Looks like there currently is no set deadline (see Understanding legacy editor element conversion in Confluence Cloud | Confluence | Atlassian Documentation and i also double checked partner updates on this) but you won't benefit from any new features and the new editor is getting more and more capabilities that make me…

This is absolutely fantastic and i am amazed at how quickly you responded to Feedback! Loving v1.x and excited for what's to come. Just read through all the recent Updates after 7 weeks of holiday and saved so much time by using your page rather than having 7 Tabs open and filtering them one by one. Thank you!

Hi @Clément Rouvreau and welcome to the Community, are you on a Free Plan? Then Archiving isn't available. Maybe you were on a Standard/Premium Trial before and didn't provide payment details so have been moved to the Free version.
-
Well, @Jovânio Junior gave you a list of possibilities why Subtasks would "disappear". If nothing of that list appears to be the reason, maybe you could provide some screenshots with a little context. I don't see any obvious error/misconfiguration.

Hi ibm.kustagi@mercedes-benz.com and welcome to the Community, * do you have all statuses mapped? * is there any Sub-Filter that may filter out Sub-Tasks? * What is your swimlane setting? * Any Quick filters active?
