Also - is there a feature request for NOT changing the date on watch/unwatch actions?
-
Thanks for the reply. That feature request is 12 years old so watching it will only result in "this affects me and needs to be worked on" comments from others in my inbox and probably no implementation after all. Why would watching an issue change the Updated date though? Does that have architectural reasons? Why do we see…

Hi @Krausz, Cornel-Daniel and welcome to the Community, not having used the "Team space" thing myself but looking at your screenshots: "Team space" is a template - by adding Team members in the very first screen, they not only are added to the space permissions but also get their own "panel" on the space overview page.…

So what is the end goal here? Do you want the external users to * use SSO against your MS Tenant? * be synched automatically? * any other behaviour?
-
Hi @Roberto M. thank you for sharing the JAC Ticket... so was I right in my assumption that that feedback goes to Atlassian rather than being processed by the specific Agent?
-
I would second @Danut M _StonikByte_ in saying that I've never seen an issue count there. Maybe you are talking about the Backlog view? You get an Overview of the Items in each StatusCategory for your first Kanban Column (or your active Sprint if it's a Scrum Board) as well as the Backlog. Have you maybe switched off the…

Hi @Sophie Rupp and welcome to the Community I thought I could give you a link to the API but that doesn't exist yet: [ATLAS-140] Implement Atlassian Home APIs - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. My guess is that there won't be Automation support before there is some form of API access. But who…
-
Hi @Stierman-Verstrijden, Annette There is currently no way of analyzing the feedback for us. I feel like it doesn't even actually improve the agent but is similar to the product feedback options elsewhere in the product. I found this, but the link doesn't work anymore. Sounds like the textbox may be analyzed by Atlassian…

Hi @Vinay and welcome to the Community, if I understand correctly, you have "Freshdesk" as a Helpdesk solution and want to link Jira work items (ticket) from there? I only found something on a JSM integration: Integrate with Freshdesk | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support That doesn't work for Jira Software…

Hi @Jonel Dagunan and welcome to the Community, i would suggest you contact the Company's Jira Admins (or IT Support) to get help with that request. If the password reset was for Data Center then that Account is specific to that Organisation. It might be SSO, it might be a local account. Regardless, there is not much the…

Hey @Klaida_Sulko it would be great if you could make it clear to everyone that you are a Partner that offers Marketplace Apps for Confluence. Interested in the results - maybe share the results on here as well in a comment so people can watch this post after taking your survey.
-
Hi @cedie where did you see that count? Was it on a Dashboard or in a project? Was it on a board or somewhere else? Generally speaking you could create a filter and show the result in Gadgets on a Dashboard but that might not at all be what you are looking for.

@Rob Hean the challenges of constant Updates and Rollouts. Thank you for the video! Love your content - and your excitement!
-
Hi @Laura Campbell i made similar experiences with Rovo not asking questions even though it's prompted to do so. Conversation starters in the likes of: Give me information about a page. Ask me what page first. Just don't work. Rovo *always* starts analyzing random content. Also regardless the conversation, Rovo *always*…
-
Hi @John Mahony and welcome to the Community, what type of agent did you create? A Service Agent or a Rovo Agent? Where do you expect to "see" it? In the portal? In the agent view?
-
What sort of errors is it giving you?
-
Hi @Savannah Sobh and welcome to the Community, the Screenshot you attached shows *page* restrictions. It may be that the people do not actually have access to the space itself. You would have to give them access in the space settings: Assign space permissions | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support They may be already on…

| The status field was grouped with other actions, which sometimes made it tricky to find. Actually, the status field was next to only one other Icon. Now it is part of a button group and not more/or less visible on its own. I don't care about the change itself. What I don't understand is, why these changes are not being…

[CLOUD-12503] Allow adding attachments from a page or space on Fabric editor - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. Is this on the Roadmap? I am surprised that there haven't been any updates on Atlassian's side considering the significant number of upvotes. This should be fixed before enforced…

Hi @Mau Jimenez We connected our own websites and had some issues at first. Even though we already had the robot.txt edited, Rovo gave us error messages. A few days later.. It worked. Not changes on our side so a classic case of "have you tried to turn it off and on again". Maybe try again in a couple of days? ;) I would…

Hi @Bruno Auersvaldt and welcome to the Community, I escalated your question to the Atlassian Team on this Forum. If you have a Standard license you could also contact the Support directly.

Hi @Barbara Page and welcome to the Community, You can see the last updated Date in the upper right corner next to the Edit Button. If you hover over it, you see the Person and the exact timestamp. I also feel that that info should be more obvious and don't understand Atlassians thinking behind it. Have you contacted the…

You could branch the rule after the creation of the Epic, based on most recently created issue. Then create the stories and set the parent field to the Trigger Issue Not the trigger issue (Depending on the current rule setup) but the "Current issue", which will be the Epic, as long as that's created within the same rule…
-
Hi @Sameeksha Santhosh Naik Once you've created the Epic in the rule, you need to use a Branch "Related work items" and select "Most recently created work item". This will make the Epic you created the "current work item" and you can create more work items with that as a parent.

Fantastic Update!! Question: Can anyone with "Manage user access to space“ assign Admin permissions as well? I couldn't find any details on what the new permissions specifically allow
-
That didn't age well ;) I found the article on my search for the documentation on the new Confluence roles & permissions. That will differentiate a user into editors, viewers etc. Confluence Roles Also, I am missing Site Admin & User Access Admin just to have the list complete. Especially the User Access Admin can be quite…

Great quiz and fantastic way to reinforce Community values in a playful way. Woohooo Gamification - I am here for it!

I hate!!! unnessecary content restrictions. I go by the philosophy that no knowledge worker has enough time to read up on content that doesn't affect them directly - so why create barriers by restricting everything, even if it's not necessarily sensitive info.

Hi @Gwen and welcome to the Community, when they were introduced they were purely informative and for the human eye. However, you could always access the page status by API and some Marketplace Apps are using it for their functionality. Nowadays, you can use the status in Automations, for instance: Notify someone, when…
