@Fabiano Damasceno only if the user who is triggering search/chat has seen that specific smart link before.
-
@Sam Ben-David Currently Rovo is not memorizing anything beyond the specific chat history. If you prompt feedback, the specific Agent chat will take that into consideration. That feedback is not retained for future interactions though. The feedback function sends feedback directly to the Atlassian product team. It is not…

Hi @Jacob Antoine the feature request was only just posted on Oct 13th: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ROVO-359 That doesn't nessecarily mean it's not being worked on yet, but watching that JAC and watching this Community for updates from the product team is your best bet for an ETA.

To add to @Mikael Sandberg - Rovo will stay available for all paid Cloud sites. The only thing that differs for Standard plans are the usage quotas: Rovo usage quota | Rovo | Atlassian Support If the goal is that every user is using Rovo, then the free credits won't be enough. Atlassian is not yet enforcing the quotas and…

Hi @Anja Bresemann @Ronald van Sleeuwen @Kyle Burke @Apoorv Ketkar check out Jensen's comment below (https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Error-when-using-Rovo-Agents-to-Create-Epic/qaa-p/3132359#M1153886) She's asking whether you see this behaviour in chat also and if you can send over the support…

I don't see much risk as long as it still requires the human-in-the-loop.
-
Aaaah, sorry I didn't read that right. I'd suggest opening a support request on support.atlassian.com and asking them to open a JAC Ticket. You can then vote on that feature request and explain your use case.
-
Response times seems to be slower at the moment... Not much I can do about that. I can request help but don't have any insights into open queues.
-
Thank you for treating this with the relevance that it had. I still believe that this particular change was only the straw that broke the camel's back - after a long series of huge changes that were not managed or communicated well enough. I discussed that with the research team in Barcelona: I would love to see some…
-
Never mind my previous answer, @Ashok Murugesan . @Ana Livia Rocha Silva is showing the correct validators.
-
Yes. And even with Forge Agents you won't get far. Both the Organization as well as the User Management API don't allow access via Forge: Forge and OAuth2 apps cannot access this REST resource. One of the TEAM 25 summaries did include this vague announcement though: COMING SOON Rovo skills for admins. Rovo will soon help…
-
@Darryl Lee I feel like this is a discussion rather than a question? I've found these adverts less invasive than others so far but agree with you and @Bill Sheboy
-
I also got an answer from the Support in the mean while. They referenced [AX-1248] Ability to disable the Welcome emails sent to user after granting Product access - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. and [AX-1566] Disable invite emails when granting app access to existing provisioned group with…

@Jensen Fleming @Sherif Mansour could you look into this? @Anonymous you could also raise a Bug with the Atlassian support under support.atlassian.com
-
Great that it works now! Those articles should show up in the KB immediately but yes, sometimes we have to be a little patient.
-
In that case I'd open a support request with Atlassian Support
-
Hi @Jörg Müller i assume that you created the article in a space that is connected to the knowledgebase? Are there any page restrictions on the page or a parent? Is the knowledgebase set up in a way where articles are filtered by label? Also: Are public links deactivated in your Confluence? It needs to be allowed in…

Hi @Angela Hoffman - welcome to the Community, Is only one specific database broken or are *all* databases (the content type I am assuming) broken?
-
Hi @Resmy K S - welcome to the Community, the functionality doesn't change. The only thing that happens that it now will be called "Jira space" rather than "Jira project". So: A Jira space still is a container for work items. A board still is the view of a defined set of issues - whether that are issues from one or more…
-
Hi @Mohamed Essam - welcome to the Community there are no insights into individual Agent performance and usage yet. However the product team has lots of updates towards that on the way. With the introduction of versions & testing (announced in Barcelona last week) there will also be more insights into each version's…
-
Hi @Nick Dring we had the "Web search" feature for a while but it didn't really work. Not it's disappeared with the recent UI change. See [ROVO-42] Provide Rovo Chat and Agents with the ability to read 3rd party / web content - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. and [ROVO-211] Rovo Chat not able to…

Thanks for providing that info for others with the same question! :)
-
Hi @Marcial Gonzalezwelcome to the Community I don't think it has something to do with Rovo but have you tried removing that action and simply putting a placeholder text as body on the Confluence page? The Audit log should show which specific action fails.
-
Hi @Synaptics Tony Chang to specify: Rovo will only index Sharepoint when you set up the connector: Connect SharePoint to Rovo | Atlassian Support You can add Allowlist and Blacklist now, so you can manage what parts of your Sharepoint Rovo will index. Anything that's indexed will be available in Search & Agents. I am not…

Hi Matt and welcome to the Community side of things ;) I've requested assistance from the Atlassians on here, as we as Community members can't do much about it.
-
Hi y'all I've completed all steps but am missing the badge. Rejoining the group didn't help either. Could you work your magic on the backend please? I'd really like be called Rovo Ranger ;)
-
Assuming it's this one @Stephen Musgrave Rovo Dev is now generally available
-
There you go. Add your thoughts to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ROVO-354 and vote for it. I'll do the same :) Would be great if you could accept my answer as well as Praveen's.
-
Hi @Boyan Iliev the sub-filters are useful if you want to hide certain issues from the board without them being removed from reports. The Reports only take issues into account, that are still in that board filter result. Sub-filters only change what you see on the board. You can use them to hide done issues before 7 days…

Hi @Marek Malczewski and welcome to the Community, honestly, i guess it's just part of the greater change around Rovo Dev being rolled out and it slowly leaving its Beta stage. I could only find this document View your Rovo Dev credit usage | Rovo | Atlassian Support on the Rovo Dev usage - however the official pricing…
