Love your summaries @Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ You should actually be no 1 on that list!
-
Hi @Ramon Pereira Dalcin welcome to the Community! Rovo has launched already and has been out of Beta for a while. Rovo is activated per default on new sites. Otherwise you can follow this guide to activate on your site: Rovo activation | Atlassian
-
corrected it for you, @Bill Sheboy
-
A fix has been deployed. Works for us now :)
-
Hey @Martin Flury there are no global permissions for anything Rovo yet. You only need a paid App license to get access. I tested that with a colleague and they cannot edit the Agent either. So it must be a bug. Will you raise a Bug with the Support or should I? :)
-
@Gerusa Lobo Ping for Part 3. Do these tips help you at all? Otherwise it would be great if you could post a seperate question in the Forum and mention me there.

I am saying, I don't know for sure. Service Accounts use scoped tokens. Not all APIs support that yet, but then again, MCP is not a regular API. Also, you can use some Rovo features via MCP and that might be an issue with Service Accounts as well. Again: I don't know for sure. Have you added your AI tool/Application in the…
-
@Rimantas Andrulevičius interesting. I cannot set the Service Account as Rule owner. Is that simply an option in the UI for you? Once you hide a parameter and update the rule, nobody including yourself can "unhide" the value: It's also hidden in the exported JSON.

It says in the documentation that Atlassian‑hosted LLMs are hosted in a US data center. Is that generally true for Rovo or just for this Atlassian-hosted LLM only option? Any Roadmap for EU hosting. I feel like most Enterprises who need this feature have an issue with US hosted Models, not 3rd party models per se.
-
I really like your take on GenAI Agents vs. Agentic AI: Clearing Up the Terminology What's important to remember: Even with all the new Skills that Rovo can access, the Input for those skills are still LLM generated. So although the Skills (should) show deterministic behaviour, the Inputs are not. Even with soon to be…

Part 2 and Part 3 are out now!

I just set up "Focus Mode" on my phone to block Apps like Instagram and certain games I tend to turn to in moments of weakness. I'll probably upgrade that soon to something that can have focus times per App though. I do need Youtube during the day from time to time, but I certainly don't need it at 1 am on a weekday :D

Hi @Leandros Talman - welcome to the Community, Atlassian has a list of entrusted AI tools that you can enable/disable. You can also add custom domains so they can access Rovo MCP. Both settings are available in the Org Administration under the AI settings > Rovo MCP. Check out Control Atlassian Rovo MCP server settings |…
-
@Gerusa Lobo wait for Part 3, which will most likely be published tomorrow.
-
Hi @Ramathirtha Randhi - welcome to the Community, i am a bit late to the party. Have you tried out giving the Agent examples? Give it links to the things it should find and links to the things it shouldn't find for a given example. Rovo isn't really "learning" yet and changes in the data set (in this case, Jira work…
-
Just to add to @Nikola Perisic : Choosing LLM models, whether Atlassian-hosted only or 3rd party models, will at first only be made available to very big customers (Enterprises) and will probably cost a lot.
-
Also, very excited [ROVO-186] Add ability for Rovo to search content from Jira attachments - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. got closed today and will be shipped soon, hopefully!
-
@s_gridnevskii Short answer. NO. several things. 1) Pretty sure this would violate Atlassian's license agreements. Service Accounts are not meant for replacing User Accounts 2) if you are not on Premium or Enterprise, you don't get enough Service Accounts to enable individual access so everyone would access through the…
-
@Yevgen Pleshkan if you followed all the steps that @Kai Krause provided and are sure that your email is correct and Rovo still doesn't show up.. it's easiest to open a request with support.atlassian.net as we on the Community cannot access your site.
-
Maybe a bit of a stupid question but... You have Jira Service Management added to your site?
-
Hi @Denise Wolf - welcome to the Community. What exactly do you mean by Jira Essential: IT Service Management. This is a certification - are you talking about the sandbox environment that you may get for finishing the course? Could you describe in more detail what UI you are in and what you are clicking before the error…
-
Hi @Eduardo Fernandes - welcome to the Community. Note that what @Jorge Cammarota is WRONG. He gave you the link to Atlassian's User Voice. While you can search for feature requests, vote and comment on them (https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/ROVO) you CANNOT create requests or bug reports there directly. You have to go…
-
Hi @britney.zhou there is a feature request for this integration: [AI-1134] Rovo connector for Highspot - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. As it is still gathering interest, there won't be coming anything anytime soon, I reckon. You can now feed data into Atlassian's Teamwork Graph yourself, so if…
-
Hi @David Foote how are your Request Types structured. Are you using Forms within the Request? To my knowledge, Rovo still cannot access Form Fields so it would only fill in any Jira field shown in the Request.
-
If the issue persists, I'd recommend you open a Support request at https://support.atlassian.com/ and give them all the details. Anytime you're seeing error message you should get the option of copying the Log, where otherwise the thumbs up/down buttons show up.
-
Note that there are restrictions to what Organizations can activate Rovo based on the Admin's Email adress: Organization admins need to use verified accounts with a business domain (for example, @yourcompany.com). We’re unable to enable Rovo on sites where the organization is registered with a generic email domain such as…
-
Hi @Mohammad Sharay currently there is no way to disable that feature. The only thing that you can disable globally is Web Search as that may send internal information to external Websites as part of the Web request. I couldn't find a feature request for this but there are general requests about the ability to control…
-
I escalated this to the Atlassian Team. They usually take a couple of days but @Alex Gallien was on this thread before so maybe he can investigate once more.
-
@Peter_DevSamurai mentioned a timeout yesterday. Maybe that was it
-
Hi @Christopher Danner there is no direct API for any of those data points. The Sprint Report (which every Scrum Board provides without Rovo) provides those metrics but cannot be pulled from API directly. What other reporting tools do is pull in the (historical) issue data and then calculate all those metrics from that. To…
