Is this question referring to model availability in Rovo Dev?
-
Hi @sidnei_barcelos - welcome to the Community, For 1, I'd make it more explicit in the prompt. that Epic and Tasks may be in different projects than the initiative. Maybe Rovo doesn't correctly interpret the brackets in your hierarchy description. For 2: "childIssuesOf" is not a native JQL function so probably not fully…

Hi @safdsafsa other Community members have mentioned the same issue. Please to as the error message tells you and contact support about it. There is not much we can do from here.
-
Support.atlassian.com > Contact Support > Technical Issues and Bugs > Cloud Administration (select from the right pane)
-
Nothing I can change about that. I'd advise you to contact the support to find out which domains work and which don't. They can probably confirm whether it has anything to do with the domain after all.
-
So the customer input is mapped to an ID that is mapped to an object... but the last mapping step doesn't always work? I guess you already tried tweaking the prompt to force Rovo to return the object rather than the ID?
-
The team just published an Update to how Rovo Dev credits work: Updates to Rovo Dev access and credit limits - Atlassian Community I guess that the degraded experience had something to do with that switch.
-
not taking away from anything @Kris Klima _K15t_ said. Rovo has a limit when searching for content, last I heard it was 50 pages. You can instruct Rovo to run multiple searches parallel though. Have you tried to have Rovo chunk the task and run on those chunks individually? If you don't need text analysis per label but…

And only available in Premium and Enterprise Plans

@Jay please don't resurrect old posts but rather ask your question in a new one :) If you are the Org Admin, you can activate AI features on admin.atlassian.com Activate AI for apps | Atlassian Support Rovo should be added as App automatically. There is a restriction with "private" email domains like gmail.com etc. If you…

I don't. Does it still persist? Then opening a support request at support.atlassian.com would be advisable. They usually know of ongoing issues and current works on them.
-
@Jensen Fleming well done, Team! Expect some feedback in the next few weeks :)
-
Hi @David Christie - welcome to the Community, Rovo and Rovo Dev actually cannot be canceled by admins nor users yet. Cancellations need to be run through support.atlassian.com I think if you select "Cloud Administration" as product, it should work for free and trials versions the same it does for paid ones.

Hi @Srikanta Sethy and @CREATED - welcome to the Community, there have been errors with site creation every now and again. There were some loops where the site actually got created in the background - you would get an email though. With the error message, I'd second @Marc -Devoteam- in contacting the Support team. They can…

Actually, what @Florian Bonniec says is correct for Agents in general... But Agents in Automations are not yet executing Actions on their own. They only return a response which then you can act upon with further actions in the Automation. I know the Automation and Rovo Team is working on enabling Skills via Automation but…
-
Hi @dangertest not need for writing it all in Headings, which feels like an equivalent to Caps lock :) other users reported the same at the same time so there might have been a temporary hickup with the credits.
-
Hi @Tran Khanh Vinh An * Does this mean that I hit the monthly credit quota? the Usage Quotas are not yet enforced. So the abrupt stop in the response cannot have something to do with a quota per se. Without the full context, it's difficult to suggest a different reason for an abrupt stop. Extracting data shouldn't be an…

Mhm.. still not quite understanding the setup. Is the agent called directly from the Portal? And it sometimes returns the ID, sometimes the object? Or does the Agent run on the created Jira work item *after* initial Request creation? The functionality does differ between those 2 scenarios as it's different skills (Edit…
-
Hi @Tania Zheng each Agent needs to be given access to each Knowledge source in the Scenarios. Maybe the Space wasn't added there? or not in all scenarios? In addition, it takes current user permissions into account. Even as Org Admin, you don't neccesarily have access to all content - but if you can access the Space per…

Hi @Lim Parcel For any free trials, Atlassian doesn't require credit card details. If you haven't added a credit card, the subscription will be canceled automatically. Depending on which Apps you subscribed to, cancellation looks a little different. If you want to delete the whole Organzation and you have Rovo or Rovo Dev…
-
Hi @bryantolson - welcome to the Community, no. All information still valid. You can now check Rovo credit usage in the AI insights on admin.atlassian.net As there was no official announcements regarding pricing yet, I'd update my guess on late Q1/26 to TEAM '26 Anaheim in May.
-
Hi @maurodomenicoabeni - welcome to the Community, have you given it a couple of hours? If it is still stuck in limbo after a day, I'd recommend contacting support.atlassian.com and see if they can remove it.
-
Correct. Search, Chat and Quick Actions are always available to all. Creating Agents can be restricted to certain user groups. The use of each Custom Agent can now also be limited to users.
-
Hi @Georg Fankhauser as that is a really new feature, documentation is scarce. I have tried adding Atlassian's own mcp and that worked. I couldn't find a lot of mcp urls to test but some worked and others resulted in the same error. I'd do as the error message suggests and contact the Support about it.
-
Hi @Venugopalan, Vibin - welcome to the Community, you can't call a Rovo Agent directly. You can however use trigger Rovo Agents via Automation. That Automation could listen to something within your Atlassian environment OR listen to an incoming Webhook. That way, you can trigger that Agent from outside of Atlassian. Note…
-
Hi @SankaraRao_Kalagadandu no, Rovo cannot be restricted to users generally. the only thing you can restrict is * Who can create Agents * New: who can use a certain Agent Rovo agent permissions and governance | Rovo | Atlassian Support Check out Disable Rovo - why you can't and what to do instea... - Atlassian…
-
Hey @Ronit Gieske maybe Rovo doesn't quite understand the question - sounds to me that you expect Rovo to analyze aggregated data. I feel like "ticket volume" is confusing. Could you try something like "summarize the zendesk tickets from the last 30 days mentioning topic x" ? But: only a wild guess on my part.
-
Hi @Ronit Gieske The Zendesk Connector indexes Ticket data & knowledge base articles and includes it in the Teamwork graph. I would expect * the data showing up in search * Rovo including the data in any summaries * Rovo being able to use the data in chat and for other actions As i don't have the connector, I can't see if…
-
Hi @Sowmya - welcome to the Community, Rovo can create charts in Charts in chat. I was able to get the "ideal" burndown, but not the real burndown data chart. However, you can only get a link to that chart and i am not sure how long that's valid for. I am assuming only as long as the chat history (30 days). Confluence does…

You can remove Users from the product to prevent costs but like I said: Support can help with removing the App alltogether. I understand the frustation - if everything was documented perfectly, we wouldn't need the Community Forums ;)
