Hi @charlotte What trigger are using for the automation that copies and links card from Board A to Board B?
-
Looks like you are using a Power-up for it. I would suggest clicking on the power-ups icon, selecting the power-up and contacting the developer if you have specific issue regarding the power-up. You can find more info on mirroring here: https://help.trello.com/article/1097-mirroring-cards
-
Note, you need a / at the end... regex:/.*(BACKLOG|ON DECK)/

Hi there, Those pesky Trello developers have been sneaking changes out without notification or fanfare again. I thought they may have learned from previous times that generally speaking, in business people don't like surprises.... You can switch the new style off here: https://trello.com/labs Anyway, follow this thread to…
-
@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows is correct here. What you can do is set it up so that you create the card from template in a list, lets call it New...You complete all of the relevant info in this list then move card to the stage you want it to be copied, I'll call it Ready to Copy for this example. Then you just have to…

If you enable browser notifications, you can then use your system sound settings for notifications. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/receiving-trello-notifications/#Desktop-notifications

Hi @Ashish Dobriyal Try Set custom field "End Date" to "{{%Start Date}+({{%Step 1 (Days)}}+{{%Step 2 (Days)}}+{{%Step 3 (Days)}}+{{%Step 4 (Days)}})d}
-
You're in luck, there is a 30 day money back clause in the Atlassian Cloud Terms. Contact https://trello.com/contact#/ and select Billing, they will be able to help...

Trello, rightly or wrongly has gone the opposite way to other tools and has very few integrations. There are benefits to that approach too. If you want to give Trello the benefit of doubt and embrace it's approach, you can see just how powerful it can be, even compared to solutions that look on the surface to have a lot…
-
What you've highlighted as Trello's weakness, I consider to be Trello's strength. It seems like there has been an approach by those at Atlassian to make Trello a base platform that enables other things on top. This to me makes Trello a very very flexible and versatile platform, you just have to rethink what it is compared…

Hi @Shenai Dauag There are many ways to do this but here a couple of common ones: * Mirror cards to a separate board using Trello automation. You can set it that if confidential custom field is checked, the card does not get mirrored. You can also set it up where the card that is copied to the team members board has…
-
Hi, This should be easily resolved if you go to https://trello.com/contact#/ and select Account Issues
-
Hi @Dorian The beauty of Trello is it's flexibility and the fact that you know what you want is a good start. However, with flexibility comes many ways to do the same thing. I will list some options that I have used: * Having a master board will work (you don't necessarily need Unito for this but it certainly will make…

Power-ups are billed independently from Trello and the method varies form power-up to power-up. You should contact the power-up provider to find out more...
-
Hi @Pankaj Nigam When you say mirroring, can you explain how you are mirroring them? Are you manually linking, creating linked cards in automation or using a power-up?
-
Hi @Mairi Nixon You should be able to use Table View power-up for this, you can use Table view to filter/sort the items then check all of them and do a bulk update of that field.
-
Looks like the card back cover area is 768x160
-
Hmmm, very odd. I thought it could be related to having incomplete items either started or due in June 2022 but I trued that on the app and it still defaults to today for me... Do you have the same problem if you open Trello on a PC browser? If it seems limited to the mobile app, I recommend you use the link below to…
-
It only deletes the app data living on the phone. As long all of your Trello boards are up to date and don't have any unsynced data, all of your data will be safe because it is on Trello's servers. If you're too scared to do that, you can try first just clearing the cache.
-
Okay, the first thing to try is to go into the app settings and clear the app data. This often fixes things...

Truthfully, the Google Drive powerup doesn't offer much value above what is already there with smartlinks. You can paste Google Drive links straight into descriptions, comments and even boards and they can even be set to embed so you can edit docs straight from Trello
-
Hi @kay.Benjamin While the search feature does include archived cards, it does not let you filter cards updated between 2 dates. That would be an awesome feature. As I understand, Trello are still developing some features for search/filter so perhaps @Erika Storli can feed back this idea tot he team.

Sounds like you need a managed account. Please have a look through this documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/what-are-managed-accounts/ https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/verify-a-domain-to-manage-accounts/
-
Hi @Meghan Ramos Something like this should work: Note: The board and label names in the automation would have to be an exact match to the variable {mentionedfullname}. If you are new to automations, this can really help you: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-variables/
-
Hi @Ace Ilievski Can you confirm what platform you are using, if it is the Trello app or if it is Trello in a browser. If in a browser, which browser?

Hi @Adam Motyl-Szary @Michael Yaroshefsky - Visor for Jira There are a couple more options: * Use emoji's... https://emojipedia.org/symbols 🔴🟥🟠🟨🟡🟢🟩🔵🟦🟣🟪🟤🟫⚫◼️⚪⬜ * I am sure @Brittany Joiner could help use Pixiebrix to alter the colour...
-
This is such a great feature. Just to add, you can get your Google Sheet links default to embedded by going here: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/link-preferences
-
Yes, this seems to happen a lot now, moreso if the boards have a lot of cards or data-heavy cards. I presume there is something on the backend monitoring load/update times and triggering this message. Maybe they have adjusted the threshold or maybe it is actually slower at loading now?!
-
It wouldn't hurt to contact Trello Support to mention this. The more people who contact them wanting this, likelihood of it happening increases a miniscule amount...
-
This would be such an easy thing for Trello to fix by giving us access to the checklist member as a variable, like {checklistitemmember}. The data is being produced and is in the API so I am sure it wouldn't take much to make it happen... For now, it is not there. You could create a no-code solution using Make.com or…
