Hi @Abdullah Khan This isn't a bug, it is just a limit that has been set, it is by design. In life we are bound by rules and limits and thus on occasions, so is Trello. You can separate out the rules to get around this. Alternative, can you explain to me what you are trying to achieve and I am sure I can offer up advice on…

Ford Escort Encore 1.3L Painfully slow, I actually got overtaken by a 50cc scooter Car cost £1500, 1st years insurance = £2000

Hi @Ryan L , I have run into this issue because I change time zones a lot, as well as working with clients all over the place but generally not in the same timezone as me. From what I remember, the butler message only gets displayed if it detects that the timezone is different from the system timezone of the computer you…

Hi @TINATUR - Cyrille MENGUY There are all sorts of very clever and complicated ways I can think of to achieve this but... As you are just 4 companies, could you just have a custom field per company? There is a row per company The rank is set automatically based on this logic:…

If you pay yearly, you will end up them being a billed member for the term. If you pay monthly, you can add as a multi-board guest and pay that month then remove them and the billing will drop down
-
Hi @Brian Mitchell The best bet is to contact Trello support here, selecting Billing as the option: trello.com/contact#/

So long as you were a creator/member of the boards or they were workspace boards and you were the member of the workspace, the boards wont be deleted when you delete the workspace. The boards will be closed if opened and they will become your "personal" boards, you can find them at https://trello.com/my/boards For more…

Hi @Jim Brown The card back and card front have different ratios. The card back is 5:1 ratio, so 768x154 works perfectly when you open a Trello card: However, it shows like your example and the one below when viewing the card front (from the Trello board) To get the best aspect ratio for the card front (what you see from…

Based on the Atlassian cloud terms, you have a 30-day refund period but I am not sure if that is valid in your case. I suggest you contact Trello by using the link below and selecting Billing https://trello.com/contact#/

I'm going to be greedy and have 3: * Becoming a community leader in May 2023 and being able to serve in particular the Trello community and its users * Collaborating with @Brittany Joiner on Trello articles, sharing ideas on how we can get more out of Trello and give more to the Trello users * The environmental initiatives…

Hi @Jim Brown Welcome to the community, please try setting your card cover size to 768x160... See below

That statement is a little vague but I would guess at it being these features:

Hi @Dominic Lussier As Trello is an open collaboration platform, there are not the kind of restrictions built in. However you could give the member their own board and use automation to duplicate cards you want to be assigned to that member when you select the member from something like a drop-down custom field or adding…

Hi @Germán Ali Are you a member of the card?

Hi @Alexis Hickox These two articles will give you a good idea of what actions you can complete from Slack https://trello.com/platforms/slack https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/the-trello-app-for-slack/

Hi @Gabriel , Wow, the limit of lists on a board is incredibly high, I have never seen anyone come close to hitting that limit. Card limits, yes but list limits, no. One simple solution is to archive older lists, the archived list limits is far higher than active lists. This reference article can help you…

Hallo @Bobby Bias This article can be your best friend: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-variables/ you can use these in your email name {cardboardname} {cardname}

Hi @Jason knight You are almost there, the only thing missing is this automation: when an item in checklist "Service" is checked, find the first card linked in the attachments and check the item {checklistitemname} as a bonus, it can also be useful to have the remove function when an item is removed from checklist…

Hi @Ryan Buening Welcome to the community. There is a paid power-up that can do this, Show Checklist

Hi @Vladislav Pashora This is a setting that people can find in their Atlassian Profile. Furthermore, it may be globally set if your workspace is "Organisation Managed" Note, to get to this page, click on your Trello profile in the top right and select Manage Account I hope this helps

Hi @[deleted] The Pipedrive Power-up in Trello is fairly limited, what it is basically doing is allowing you to search your pipedrive deals and attach them as a link in the Trello card, like a smart link. For what you are asking for, I recommend you use a integration tool. My connector of choice is Make.com because it is…

Hi @Ashish Dobriyal I think you can do this best with an additional custom field, for the example below, I called it Variance You will require a few rules: Rule 1 when custom field "Estimated Time" is set in a card with custom field "Actual Time" set, set the custom field "Variance" to ({{%Actual TIme}} / {{%Estimated…

@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows I am navigating my way through using mostly this: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/ and experimenting using this to do the HTTP get/set/posts... https://reqbin.com/post-online Another tool that is really helpful to get Trello ID's is this power-up:…

Hi @Alaa Amori Brilliant, you answered your own question. I love it 🤣 If by colours, you mean coloured labels, you can sort by labels type using Trello automation. This article should help. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/sorting-lists/

Hi @Rachael Woodward Sorry, what I told you last night was wrong...I was very tired and was talking nonsense... There is a limitation in the Trello automation that means you can't directly sync a due date from 1 card to another with a single step. However, I have just this second released an article describing how you can…
-
You can use the following automations: when the due date is set in a card in list "Milestone", find the first card linked in attachments and set the due date to "{sourcecardduedate}" and when the due date is moved in a card in list "Milestone", find the first card linked in attachments and move the due date by the same…
