You could create an automation button to do this. Call the board button "New Card" The automation would be: Find a card "Template" and copy the card to list "New Card" Replace the names Template with your template card name and List to the list name you want it to copy to...

Hi @rudiatulhikmah If we currently have a workspace with 45 collaborators, will we be able to add new members after 8th April, even if the groups become view-only? Basically, no. If you are already above the limit of 10 by 8th April, you cannot add anyone new. Building upon the first question, considering we already have…

You can subscribe to Trello Standard/Premium in your workspace. It will be charged based on the number of Workspace Members or Multi-Board Guests. So if it is just you as a premium/standard user and the other 10 staff are single-board guests, you will only pay $6/mo or $60/yr If your members go to more than 1 board, you…

You can link Google Albums and individual photos in the description of cards, using smartlinks. They will also show up in the same way if you paste the link into a list. What it doesn't do, like Google Drive links is allow previews within Trello:

You can access that in automation using the variable {cardnumber} To make it more unique, you can use {cardid} A sample automation would be: When a card is created on board "Board 1",…

Hi @jonty I always recommend where possible a single workspace and I think in your case, you would be better off to pay for a single standard workspace and structure it the workspace in a way to maximise single board guests. It looks like you have a grasp of how Trello bills but here is an article that can provide support:…

If using Trello Standard or Premium, you can have an automation that when a user checks of a checklist item, it adds them as the user of the checklist item so you will see their face... Would that work?

Hi @kim stansfield You certainly can upload files to Trello and in almost every way possible: * Drag and Drop * Copy and Paste * Click Attachments > Upload * Link from OneDrive or Google Drive * Paste into description

If most of the 14 are 1 board only users, you wouldn't have to pay $5/month per user, you could probably get it down to maybe $25/month. I had experience of being forced to work with Microsoft Planner for 2 years at a company who didn't want to pay and quite honestly, it is dreadful. Setting it up and using it effectively…

What subscription do you have? If you have premium you can download CSV. You can Download JSON if not. It would be worth looking at Trello Export powerups: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=export I use Exports by BlueCat or Smart Export and they both work excellently

Hi You won't be locked out of any board on April 8th, that is just the first phase, which prevents you adding new members when you have reached the limit. Also coming in April is an extension to the Trello Premium Trial so you can take that out, sort all the boards then be ready for May/June when this kicks in Keep Track…

Hi @Caylee McCormick If that is the case, it sounds like they can be single board guests and you upgrade the workspace with only you as a workspace member to Standard for $5/month and then things will continue to tick along just as they do today...
