Yeah, me too. Trello, all is forgiven... 😂
-
It should be available now. I have tried several workspaces and it seems to be there in all of them... If you aren't seeing it, log out and log back in.

Are notifications being generated in Trello on the web? IOS or Android?

RELEASED TODAY! Happy Monday ❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙💜

* Guests can be added to any board and so long as they are on just 1 board in the workspace they are free * There is no limit to single board guests (shhhhh, don't give Atlassian ideas 😂) * Single board guests are entirely free * Single board guests have full rights on the board so they can create, edit cards etc...
-
Hi @Digittl As part of the zap, add yourself as a member or subscriber to the card it creates and you should receive notifications...
-
Absolutely! Not only is it possible, I highly encourage it. This is the way to get the very best value out of Trello... Note, it is $5/month when paid yearly ($60/yr). If you pay monthly, it is $6 a month. Either way it is excellent value.

No, it is unlimited

Hi @Jessie The view only is only happening for free workspaces that have >10 collaborators from 20th May onwards... I would suggest option: A) Between now and May 20th, restructure your workspace so that you could have perhaps a small number of standard members and the rest as single-board guests. Trello Standard is well…

Go to https://trello.com/contact#/ There is a specific billing option to select...

Top tip, if you haven't used it already, take out the free 14 day trial and it will give anyone who is an admin in the workspace the ability to administer and remove any unwanted people... It is definitely better to have 1 workspace and all the boards inside. I recommend you have 1 workspace and choose Trello Standard as…
-
Hi @Karin Kröss * Your billing is for the workspace so if you have 50 workspace members, they will all be billed under a single bill. For record, the yearly cost for 50 workspace members would be $3000/year * Yes you can. When an employee quits and you remove them from the workspace, there will be a standard licence…

@Fernando Manzano @Dreamsuite Mike @Erika Storli to be honest, I'm thinking about migrating to a different tool even if I have to pay. My only concern is about understanding how it works... There are collaborators = members of the workspace + guests A user is considered "guest" when it acceses only one dashboard within a…
-
Hi @Michal Szymanski It is not likely to be a bug, please can you go to the workspace members page and check the number of Collaborators shown there... Please check this advice below: If someone is in your workspace as a Workspace member or guest, they are a collaborator... The ONLY member type NOT count towards the quota…
-
This is a premium workspace with 24 collaborators in it. It consists of 8 workspace members and 16 single-board guests. The total cost is $960/year or $80/month... The point of the picture really is that Trello counts your collaborators for you so you don't have to...
-
Hi @AM There are no differences. If someone is in your workspace as a member or guest, they are a collaborator... The ONLY member type NOT count towards the quota will be someone who have requested to join a board or workspace but have not been accepted E.g. Join Requests (1) below has not counted towards the Collaborator…

You can use the variable {triggercardlistname} when a card is moved into {listname}, for each card linked in checklist named "Checklist", move the card to list {triggercardlistname}

Sometimes automation can be a bit laggy...
-
Hi Trello is designed to be an open collaboration tool, therefore it lacks built in controls like you are asking. You could do this by setting up boards that are private https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-visibility-of-a-board/
-
For every user that is either a Workspace member or a Multi-board guest (meaning they are members of more than 1 board in the workspace, the price for Trello Standard is $6/month or $60/year for each of these members For those who are a member of just 1 board in the workspace, they will be free…

Hi @Officer_Potato911 I recommend you look at this article to see how the alternatives stack up.... https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Collaborator-Limit-How-does-it-stack-up-against-the/ba-p/2635162 I would say that a small community is ~10 or so members, they have to draw the line somewhere....…

Hi @Алина I think you will find this article very helpful to answer your questions. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/ Please also have a look at the main article, where the Atlassian team have been busy answering questions.…

My recommendation to ALL those who use Trello at a company... Create a "service account" * Create a company email (e.g. trelloadmin@yourcompany.com) * Create a new Trello account with that email address and ensure that they are a workspace admin * Ensure that >1 person in the company can access the email and the Trello…

Custom fields is no longer a power-up, it is a feature built into Trello Standard and Premium features. The custom fields are also configured on a per-board basis. It seems odd that you create custom fields in a card but actually they sit at the board level. This means that if you have a set of custom fields on a card,…
-
Hi @Piotr Grzegorzek Jira and Trello limits are completely independent of one another...
-
+1 for Rewind, with Trello being so open, these kinds of things are (slightly) more likely, for $1/board it is well worth it...
-
The best questions on the community are the ones that answer themselves 😊
-
So does that mean you are trying to move a card with 29 custom fields completed to a board that already has more than 21 custom fields on it? The 50 custom field limit is there, it's hard and in my experience, any more than about 15 custom fields becomes unpleasant and unmanageable. Can I ask, what kind of things are you…

Hi @Lucinei Mancilha Do you mean this?

Hi @[deleted] Upgrades apply to the entire Workspace rather than an individual user, so you wouldn't choose individual people to upgrade. Once you upgrade, the bill is automatically calculated taking into account all users. However, that doesn't mean that all users have to be paid for as part of that bill. That depends on…
