Hi @bear Trello does not support full markdown, you can see what is supported here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-to-format-your-text-in-trello/

Hi @Oscar Villalba The automation actions are: * Move the card to list "Done" * Add the green "Done" label to the card * Send an email with the content "[your content here]" to "[email address] * Find the card with link "[Jobs card link] and add the item "{triggercardlink}" to the checklist "Finished"

@joseph_verro If you go annually, you pay for the year. If after 2 months, you want to add a new member you will pay a pro-rata amount (10 months) for that member If you remove a member, you don't get a refund, you will just have an open licence that you can add another member to. Monthly will be more dynamic as each month…

@Szymon Jocek No Problem, Sorry it was missed the first time, there are A LOT of questions going on! Between the Atlassian team and a small number of Community leaders, we are trying to cover as many as we possibly can
-
Hi @Szymon Jocek 1 thing to remember, the standard and premium subscriptions are applied at the workspace level So where you talk about board ownership, it doesn't matter who created or is admin of a board. Go to Members > Workspace Members and check who is an admin or not. * One of the people who is a workspace admin…
-
Hi @Sari Yliviikari Deleting a workspace is permanent, thats why they ask you to verify the action by typing the workspace name. The better news is that by deleting a workspace, the boards are closed and not deleted so you can create a new workspace and reopen the boards to that workspace...…

This article is getting pretty busy. I recommend anyone new to this to look at this Article here to get up to speed by watching a couple of handy videos by @Brittany Joiner (featuring none other than me 😊) Click Below:

Hi @Alison Green It can seem complicated but reading through your message, you are spot on with everything you say, you have an excellent grasp on how it works.... As you concluded, the best way is to do the maths and see if you are better off monthly with the seasonal fluctuations you have... Lets work through an example.…

Hi @Bret Dorman Collapsible lists are available in web version of Trello but not yet available on the Android and iOS app versions.
-
Hi @Nikola Perisic This is not quite correct. @Support Officer Perth South In Trello Free: Collaborators are those who are in your workspace and include pretty much anyone, whether they are workspace members, board members or pending invitations In Paid Trello: Workspace members are charged and multi-board guests (those…

Hi @Tom Daniels The partner directory won't help much when looking for Trello Consultants. Check out this article... https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Consultants-Right-Here-In-The-Community/ba-p/1983694

Collapsing lists happens as a browser action so no but you can automate the list colour with an automation http set... I will write a guide for this tomorrow and link to it
-
You can do this using a custom date field and by following this article... https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/arithmetic-and-formatting-in-date-variables/ Once you set the custom date field accordingly, you can then use the command When a the custom field "date" is set, set the due date to the date in customfield…
-
There is a ”when the list ”List Name" has less than/more than/exactly x cards" trigger. It is in the 1st trigger tab...
-
Hi @Talia Reid You can't change the colour of the due date reminder but you could do an automation that when a card is nearly due (on the day), it adds a specific coloured label and when it becomes past due adds another coloured label... More complex, you can use automation and the Trello API to set the card cover…

Hi @Tymek Zapała There is a workaround for this, see the below gif:

@Stephen Moffatt This article was released on March 4th, that is just over 30 days to phase 1 in April where the only thing that will change is that you can't add any more people to the workspace if you are over the workspace limit. The date in which your workspace becomes view only if you are over the limit is on May…
-
I think this is missing for good reason....Deletion is completely final. 1 wrong automation move and you have the potential to delete absolutely everything forever... Is there a reason why just archiving isn't enough? If you really want to Delete, you can do so using an external tool like make.com or Zapier I would caution…
-
Hi @Hernán Alvide Take a look at this article, it will show how it can be done natively in Trello: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Mikes-Trello-Tips-Parent-Child-Card-Linking/ba-p/2418149
-
Hi @Suellen Parker Not natively. I think you could do it by using something like Pixiebrix (browser extension required). @Brittany Joiner would be able to confirm...
-
Hi @Gary Vokes Maybe this will help. Trello Free Workspace In Trello Free, there are no chargeable members. The only thing is a limitation on Collaborators Think of a collaborator as pretty much anyone in the workspace. * Workspace Members * Board Guests * Anyone you have invited to the workspace or to a board The…

Hi @Teresita Mariana Galvan Martinez I recreated this bug and reported it to Trello https://www.loom.com/share/a257fe7d67c1426f80d88bb7e4781c84?sid=9008535b-c9c0-4a75-a03b-83fc019edd32 The solution is to turn off Atlassian Intelligence, which you can see in the video linked above...
-
Hi @Henrietta Duckworth You have set that the dashcard to show cards that are only in the same list as the dashcard... To fix, edit that filter and select the list(s) that you want the dashcard to be counting.

Hi @Makc Dj This here is a public community and not direct Trello support so for your own protection, I have removed your email from the post above... All Trello billing is done within Trello and payment done by card, unless you are using Trello Enterprise, which for 3 licences you wont be using.... You can simply click…
-
Hi @hyesunjin If you have been using Trello Free, then you should be able to use Trello Standard without a problem. Trello Standard has unlimited collaborators. Those who are Workspace Members will be charged at $6/month per member or $60/year per member Those who are guests on more than 1 board in the workspace…

Hi @Liam Bermingham Are you a workspace admin and are you a member of the boards the ex-employee created?
