Hi @Anderson Disque de Souza There is one Power up that does this: Card Share by Hipporello
-
I agree with @Dave LIAO that the Trello icons should remain. After all, Trello has not been accepted into the Atlassian family circle 😉
-
Instead of creating a new card, you can simply copy the card. Something like this: When a card is added to list "Design", copy the card without comments to list "PM/Deisgn Handoff" on board "Design Workflow", lookup the card with link {triggercardlink} and link the cards together

Hi @Pamela Laurie I may have misunderstood but you should be able to do something like this: assign the item to member @{{%Event Manager}} Lemme know if that works?!
-
I have seen something similar with automation where custom fields don't update until a page refresh, which is a change to how it used to be. I will escalate this to Atlassian Support because it would be good to have an answer to this.
-
Hi @Yannis Kouloukakos Trello is charged per user so normally an additional bill is as a result of adding another person to the workspace or multiple boards. I have escalated it to Atalssian so they should respond here within the next few days
-
Hi @Christy V _Kandyland Mom_ I have escalated this to Atlassian support. They should respond on here within a few days
-
Agreed but I doubt it is even on their priority list, let alone very high. They could potentially have greater capacity to roll out features and improvements if more people actually paid for it 😉

Hi @Lara Demir - Hipporello Unfortunately you have falledn down the AI Trello trap. The above is completely wrong. @Emely Rodriguez Sadly, there is no option to do this using Trello automation. As @Lara Demir - Hipporello mentioned, you can hide the completed items, which in theory does the same thing. It is possible to…

Hi @Maja Korup You are in luck, my good friend @Brittany Joiner created a chrome extension to expand/collapse checklists. I highly recommend you give it a try: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/jjioidaienonhpchbimipdikeodbcghp?utm_source=item-share-cb

Hi @Liam Do - DevSamurai As with many things AI and Trello, that is only half the story. @Dawn Russell You can use the above but instead of "create a new card...", simply use the actions "move the date by 2 weeks" and "mark the card as incomplete" These two actions will replicate what the recurring date feature does but…
-
Hi Again @Prestige Bot There are 2 key automation triggers you need to be covered and you can enable the same automation on all boards: * When a card is added to list "{*}", sort the list by due date ascending This ensures that the automation triggers when a card is added to any list. You can go 1 step further and…
-
Hi @Jen James {memberfullname} only works when the trigger is "when a member is added". What is your trigger?
-
Hi @George Here is the guide that explains how to enable it: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/trello-for-google-hangouts-chat/ Dreamsuite Mike - No AI here, just an unhealthy amount of Trello knowledge
-
Hi @Shindlay Nath Change your automation action to: {{cardduedate~X} - {cardstartdate~X}) /86400 This article will help you a lot: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/arithmetic-and-formatting-in-date-variables/

Hi @jennifer janis Independent opinion Check out Placker and Planyway. They offer very similar functionality
-
Technically, its the other way around... Portant no longer supports Trello. They decided to discontinue and focus on Hubspot. Like a lot of power-ups in Trello, it is very difficult to actually make a decent amount of money so they stop supporting Trello. You could use a 3rd party tool like Make (make.com) or Zapier to…
-
Hi, The recurring features is designed to hit 80% of use cases. For the remaining 20%, it can and always has been possible to do with automation. You need 2 automations. 1. Triggered automation to set the date, in my example it is triggered by adding the "Billing" label to the card 2. Due Date automation, when the date is…

Hi @algo Mind I like this idea. As a Trello consultant, I largely deal with businesses using Trello to manage their projects and workflows and they would most likely benefit from the tool. I have seen people manually track this kind of thing using Trello cards and some automations
-
Keep your eyes peeled here... 👀 😅
-
Hi @Brian Glassco Sounds like you may be accessing Trello via the app, try accessing it on a web browser
-
No problem, You should receive a relatively soft warning when you go to add someone to a second board, like what you see below:
-
Hi @Design Biscuit If you add someone as a member to a Standard or Premium workspace, they will be added to your billable users. This is particularly important if you pay yearly because you are committing to those members for a whole year. If you add someone as a member to 2 or more boards, the same rule applies. If you…

I can't explicitly share details here but if you connect on LinkedIn, I can get you in a group with other power-up developers that can really help

@FullZinc Software update below:
-
Hi @FullZinc Software you may get a better response in the developer community https://community.developer.atlassian.com/c/trello/42 Failing that, look me up on LinkedIn and I can help connect you to the right people
-
Hi @Waraluck I see that your product plan is listed as free. Custom field are a paid feature available on the standard and premium plans. If in fact you are posting for a plan and still don't see the fields, reply on here.

When a card with a name not starting with "https://trello.com/c{*}" is added to the board...

Hi @Marcus Caldwell I recommend only 2 tools for this: 1. ProBackups 2. Rewind for Trello I personally use ProBackups and prefer it because it offers backup to Google Drive for additional redundancy
