Hi @Michał Zubrzycki This is a great idea. You could add some comments and a vote to this request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-768

HI @Gunnar de Jong Looking at the details in this post, you are using the free version of Trello. Now that the new Trello features are out of Beta, there are some restrictions in the free version https://trello.com/pricing
-
Hi @Zena Hamdan You can hide the comments and activity. This isn't a matter of function, everything that was there is still there. It is just about personal preference. I for one as a Trello power-user who uses other tools also much prefer the new layout. You say tomato, I say potato and all that! I hope you can find ways…

Hi @Ralph Welcome. There are a lot of articles and answers about pricing on here. It is worth having a good search... Premium is chargeable per member for each workspace member AND multi-board guest (any member who is added to more than 1 board) Single board guests (people who are members of only 1 board in the workspace)…
-
Hi @Dmitrii Can you confirm what member type you are trying to add? It may be that you are trying to invite as observers? If so, observer is not a valid member type for the free Trello subscription and is only available in paid versions. This is an optional parameter. Does it work if you don't set that?
-
Hi @Kylie Duke Welcome to the community, if you're enthusiastic about Trello you can stick around and share some of your experiences as well as asking questions or looking for solutions. Simply put, copying the board for the next cycle and closing the old one is the best solution.
-
Hiya @Kelly Stocker Curious whether you think the new Trello can replace todoist?
-
I noticed this theme when asking the question at Team in Barcelona last year. Many people still love using pen and paper and I love the fact that the simplest method is still preferred by so many. The humble pen is here to stay for sure. I created a prototype to capture a photo of your notebook page, converted to text and…

Hi @Marco Vierling Your workflow can be done with automation for sure but I notice that this thread shows you are using Trello free and the automation quota is so low on the free package that it would most likely be the stumbling block for you. Can you confirm if you are using the free or paid version of Trello? For your…

Update, there is now a cascade option to find the mirror card:
-
Hi @Jennifer It is no longer in Beta, is is now GA. The article below explains it all... https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-articles/The-new-Trello-is-coming-soon-to-everyone/ba-p/3015921
-
The automation is as followed: When a card is marked as complete, find a card with the name "{triggercardlink}" in board "Weekly Planning" and archive the card
-
Hi @Fabio De Simone There is a way to do this. You can use a powerup called Advanced Card Covers https://trello.com/power-ups/63335b84732512002ab83405/advanced-card-covers I use it to make header cards (top tip, use an emoji in the advanced cover text and it works really well) or to make section dividers. You can set the…
-
Hey @armahng These opinions are my own but here are my thoughts: * It is extremely unlikely for the left Navbar to come back * It is extremely unlikely for the new board switcher to go away * I know that the Trello team are looking very closely at ways to improve the board switcher experience With the view that the new…

@John D Patton I still dream of "one app to rule them all I used to dream of this and thus tried desperately hard to make Trello do things it really shouldn't, pretty successfully a lot of the time but just because you can, doesn't mean you should. I let go of the dream and I can't recommend it highly enough, its…
-
HI @Emmett Scott There are several ways you can do this. One thing work looking at to avoid automation is to use Dashcards powerup. You can set it up to show a counter of the number of cards in list "Blocked" and if you open that card, you will also see a list of the card that you can click on. Other options include using…
-
Hi @Marco Vierling You can try using this: Card Approvals by Tiny Power-ups Club Alternatively, you can build approval workflows using Trello automation. If you care to share exactly how you use Approvals to Trello, I can provide an automation example.

Nestled neatly here...

Trello is by far the best tool I have found to traverse work and personal life and now it is focusing on individual productivity, its gonna get even better. Others... Whiteboard on the wall in the kitchen Notes on phone Sending Whatapp messages to the wife so she can nag me about it later Google Calendar NEVER JIRA!

Hi @Geovana Costa This is not Trello support, this is a public community forum. I have requested additional support from Atlassian so they should assist within the next few days
-
Can you confirm that you verified the new email address by clicking the link you should have received in an email. If you don't verify the new email address, it will continue to be linked tot he old email address.. You can check if this is the case by going to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email
-
That is correct, you require being a member of the workspace, not just of a single board... Kind Regards, Mike
-
Hi @Melissa Not built in but you can use some tricks to get this. I recommend using Dashcards powerup, a free powerup created by Trello that allows you to create counters on boards. You can use this to show how many cards are assigned to each member. This is free, real-time and excellent. Other options would be 3rd party…
-
Hi @Daria Maliar Zapier would work for sure. My preference would be Make You can do this on the Premium trial but could also do it on the free version..

-
Hi @Tricia Tuanquin , its not a perfect solution but it can be implemented now... You can create an automation to do this....
-
You can pay only for the smart checklist feature, it is called Trello Standard 🤣 You can look at Amazing Fields powerup as a cheaper alternative
-
Just checked on mine and it seems to be working fine for me...It access google location api so if you can find it on google maps, it should work in Trello
-
I don't know Blackboard but I can see it has an API, this means you could potentially use Make N8N or Zapier (there are many more available but these are the current front runners). These tools allow automation and integration workflows between tools. I am most familiar with Make and thus it is my personal all round…
