Great article @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_! I didn't need 6 reasons to convince me and @Fun Man Andy I 100% agree with reason #7 ;) I look forward to stopping by to chat with you in Vegas!

@Jeremy Lynde I know with past events Atlassian has restricted "Gmail" accounts to digital only. Would that apply for how you were registering?
-
Woohoo! I can't wait for this!
-
As always thank you for keeping everyone updated! I missed some of these announcements myself.
-
For me, both kids have been sick this week. However, we have been puke free for 2 days and at this point that's a win in my books. Happy Friday Everyone!

@John Funk I think Dave summed up my reaction too. Congrats on the move! I hope getting settled in doesn't take too long.
-
@Matt Doar I hope you enjoyed your vacation!
-
Congrats @Dave LIAO! Which badge did you take the test for?
-
Way to go!

I don't think a Jira Automation rule is going to achieve what you want. I think you might have more success triggering a webhook and using that to call your automation script.

This is a really fun idea @Celina Kuziemko - Appsvio! Thank you for posting! Reading over it I have most of the card, there are a few I don't have but I'm ok missing those ones.
-
I already have a PS5 (which ironically I won from another raffle)! But I'm more than happy to share the post to encourage others to have a chance at winning it.
-
Thanks for posting this @Monique vdB! Maybe I'll make another attempt this year.
-
Happy New Year Guys! Great start to 2023 @Nikki Zavadska _Appfire_!

Hi @Dave Furlani! This actually can be accomplished and @Deepak Rai was almost there but there was one important step missed. After the If statement, you need to create a "New Branch/Branch Rule" component. Everything you are doing before and after the Branch is acting upon the issue that triggered the event. In the Branch…

If that is the case I would recommend using some logging output lines to identify the full path location of the pipelineout.zip file. A file not found error indicated that either you are providing the incorrect location. Or that your build process failed to generate the file. However, in the generation failure I would have…

Hey @Omkar posam! As I mentioned in the post you tagged me from, the documentation for pipeline artifacts here: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/use-artifacts-in-steps/ says: "Artifact paths are relative to the BITBUCKET_CLONE_DIR." I see you are creating the zip output here:…

@Rafael Meira I really appreciate the detailed response and follow-up! 1. What I'm actually waiting for is a Cloud version of: https://www.atlassian.com/wac/roadmap/data-center/sharing-requests-with-group?search=share&p=607f3cb9-fb 2. I appreciate the suggestions and I'm currently using some workarounds similar to what you…

Congratulations!

Hi @Alex Arantes, Welcome to the Community! Looking at Atlassian's public roadmap for the Cloud products it looks like this feature is due in Q4 of 2022 but hasn't been released yet: https://www.atlassian.com/wac/roadmap/cloud/selective-user-claim?status=future;comingSoon&p=3f76b0ba-a0 Given we are into 2023 now, I'm going…

Hi @Rafael Meira! Thank you for taking the time to engage with the Community this way this is awesome! I work in a JSM project and Confluence and as an Atlassian Admin, I'm responsible for the configuration of the Jira Software projects our R&D teams use. Why they are helpful for you? Where to I even start. Confluence is a…
-
@Ivan Andrieiev Take a look at what is available in Atlassian's University. This free webinar has links to their free skillbuilder and the paid course on Automation which might help you.…

Ahh yes! I have mixed feelings about admins not inherently having oversight into everything. I'm glad you were able to solve your issue. If you wanted to start a conversation with Atlassian about the User Experience of what you encountered, you could always start a suggestion on jira.atlassian.com?
-
Hey @Carlos Massiah! The article you referenced is only for Server/Data Center which is probably why things aren't lining up correctly. Since you have noted that you have Site Admin permissions, I'd recommend using the "Permission Helper" as it will tell you exactly why you can't edit the assignee. If you are still having…

Hi @Hedbabny_ Hans-Jürgen, It is correct that you "CAN" install Atlassian Access without connecting it to an identity provider. However, what you are able to do is extremely limited and probably not worth the cost that you would incur. If you have no plans to use an identity provider you will be relaying on Atlassian ID…

Hi @Siva Nagendra, Welcome to the Community! What exactly are you wanting to make a comment on in Github based on a comment being made in Jira? For the most part I don't believe Jira Automations directly support adding comments to things like Pull Requests. However, you can send a web request through an automation rule if…
-
Sure thing! This is a rough skeleton of the idea that you want to create:
-
Hi @Ivan Andrieiev, Have you considered using an automation rule with a scheduled trigger? That way you could have it run at a particular interval and use a JQL query to execute against a list (or a single issue) when you could clone the issue. I hope that helps!

Welcome to the Community @Prashant P Patil! You are correct you probably won't find a "getting started" guide here. I'd recommend checking out the Atlassian University and specifically the free Jira Fundamentals course: https://university.atlassian.com/student/path/815443-jira-fundamentals I'd recommend going through a…
