Hi @Nilesh Pal and welcome to the community! Unfortunately, there are still some known limitations when cloning Jira Service Management projects with Deep Clone for Jira. * Company-managed Jira Service Management projects cannot be cloned entirely and the following entities don’t get cloned: * Request types, Forms, and…

Hi @Drishti Maharaj As the others have already pointed out this is not natively possible in Jira Cloud. With our app Deep Clone for Jira, you can clone issues from your sandbox to your production instance. To do that you need to configure our Instance Clone feature.
-

@Tyler T Thank you for the tip. I fear you are right. There appears to be no way to add exclusions to queries. Neither in the RSS feed nor via the API. I think to achieve my goal I would need to use the API and use some logic to filter out the posts with the wrong tags.
-
@Tyler T I'm trying to do the exact opposite and want to exclude server and data center-related tags from the feed. This would be more reliable than just searching for cloud tags, which would risk missing incorrectly tagged posts in the feed.
-
Hi @Tyler T Thanks for the article. Really useful. Is there a way to exclude a specific tag from the feed? I can filter everything else post-retrieval but the tags aren't in the RSS feed.
-
Hi @yingqi wu Welcome to the community! If you want to create a dashboard for your boss where he can track and filter multiple projects at once, I can offer our app Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards. The app makes it easy to create Dashboards for multiple projects at once.
-
Hi @vivek jira admin As @John Funk was already so nice to point out for that you would need a third-party app like our Deep Clone for Jira. With it, you can clone the whole issue hierarchy from Epic/Initiative to subtask. You can find more information here.

Hi @Tushar Shinde If you are having trouble cloning issues via Jira automation and don't mind using a third-party app you can try our Deep Clone for Jira app. If you still want to use Jira Automation to trigger a clone you also can do that with a looping transition and a Deep Clone post function as described here.
-
Hi @Manuel Glock Although there I don't think there is an equivalent feature in Jira Cloud I want to suggest a workaround using our app Deep Clone for Jira. With Deep Clone you can create Presets which you can link in the Actions Menu ··· of issues. If you put a link to the template issue in your Confluence (with a small…

-

You can find more details on how to do that with the app…
-
Hi @Ritche Welcome to the community! As far as I understand it the Jira Development integration uses issue keys to map the field. So as long as the issue keys in your other instance aren't identical to the original keys you probably can't map your existing GitHub integration to the new instance/project.
-

Hi @kmurphy I'm Luka from codefortynine, and our app Deep Clone for Jira might be useful to you. It is quite powerful when used to clone Epic templates. You can also de-select unneeded issues before cloning. Let me know if this is what you were looking for.
-
Hi @ahmed harchaoui Kate is right. You might need to use an app for that. If you need to set field values dynamically or want to template whole issue hierarchies I can also recommend our Deep Clone for Jira app. Templating is actually a widespread use case for that app. My colleague @Marlene Kegel - codefortynine even…
