  • Hi Gregory, Just checking in with you on how your beta testing is going for JMC Android? I'd love to hear any feedback/problems/suggestions that you have! We're still working on the crash reporting feature - I'll let you know if there are any updates Cheers Josh
  • Sounds great! :) I will keep you posted when we have integrated crash reporting for the Android client. A few points: * The demo app for iOS is here https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/jiraconnect-ios/src/91429104b57b/samples and is configured for the Angry Nerds JIRA project on this instance:…
  • Hi Gregory, Alex, We have an alpha version of JMC Android up on Bitbucket - it only does feedback at the moment (no crash reporting). If you'd like to test it, it would be awesome - send through as much feedback as you want (the more the better). The install instructions are a little sparse, but we're working on them. You…
  • Hi Alex, Gregory, We are currently working on an Android version of JMC and expect it to be ready for beta in the next month. The source is on Bitbucket: https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/jiraconnect-android/overview It is currently a pre-release version and still needs further development. If you are eager to help, please…
  • Hi Ayelet, Yes there is a bug, it is fixed in JIRA 6.1.3. Please see here for more details: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-35586 Regards Josh
  • Hi Prakhil, There is currently no dedicated JIRA app for Nokia phones. We also do not plan to support the Symbian or Belle OS in the future. There is an alpha version of JIRA Mobile on Marketplace that may work in the browser shipped with the Belle OS. As it is further developed, it should support the Windows 7 and 8 OS,…
  • Hi Andrey, This was a bug in JIRA 6.1.2. It has been fixed in versions of 6.1.3 and later. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-35586 Regards Josh
  • Hi Sang, There is currently no plans to integrate JMC with Titanium Studio, however, since JMC is open source, you are more than welcome to build the integration yourself. JMC documentation and code can be found here - https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/jiraconnect-ios#readme Cheers Josh
  • Hi Everyone (again), We're currently investigating the issue to find the root cause. If you could provide any environment details for the users that were affected (OS, Browser, versions for both, whether they were using a JS blocker or an ad blocker), that would be very helpful. If you don't want to share the details…
  • Hi Everyone, I'm a Senior PM at Atlassian, and this bug was caused by some of the work that my team is doing. My sincere apologies that this was released to production. I know our products are critical to getting your work done, and blocking you from doing so is not acceptable. My team has now stopped the dialog from…
  • Hi Scott We're aware that it's broken, and are working on a fix. Should be deployed today. More info here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-35519 Josh
  • Hi Chris, JMC v1.1 (for JIRA 5.0+) and JMC v1.0.11 (for JIRA 4.4.x and below) are exactly the same release. The only difference between the two is the compatibility between the different versions of JIRA. JIRA 5.0 had a lot of changes made to it's API's and we had to release a separate version to compensate for this. v1.1…
  • Hi Gregoire, Apologies about the mix-up between versions. The APIs in JIRA 5.0 have changed since JIRA 4.4.x and we needed to release two separate versions of the plugin. As you discovered, JIRA 5.0 uses JMC 1.1, not JMC 1.0.11. As a result, I will ensure that the JIRA 5.0 version of JMC is the suggested version on…

  • Hi, IE11 will be supported in JIRA 6.2 and a bugfix release of Confluence 5.4.x - both are targeted at the February timeframe. OnDemand will see the changes earlier than that. We are putting together an official announcement, which will include annoucnements for the other products. Regards Josh
  • Hi Everyone, We moved the link to the 'text' mode of editing workflows to the steps link in 5.0.x - and we admit that it was a little to hard to find. We have rectified this in JIRA 5.1.x by adding an edit mode where the user can select 'Diagram' (the workflow designer), or 'Text' (the traditional way of editing…
