Hi Jonathan, You can read about all of Trello's security features here and privacy policy here. In terms of the bulk delete for the archive list, it isn't currently available but you could suggest it as a feature by sending your suggestion to feature-ideas@trello.com. Hope this helps, Danny

Hi Jeroen, The billing for business class works by team members, so if you continue to be the only member for the board you could upgrade and have the extra functionality for yourself. More details on how the business class billing works can be found here. Hope this helps, Danny

Hi Louise, If you are a business class user you can export your board in CSV. Steps for exporting can be found here. If you are not a business class user you can export in Javascript Object Notation (JSON) but don't believe this would fit the use case you were looking to address. Hope this helps, Danny

Hi Natalia, When you invited them to the board they should have received an email request to join Trello and create an account (if they didn't already have one). This link will walk them through the steps to create an account or request a password reset if they didn't receive your original invite. Hope this helps, Danny
