Hi @Allan.Hotchkiss , it's better to raise a ticket with support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

I've already attended so many great community events - both in-person and virtual meetups - and each time I think how great the community is. The latest community event that I attended in person was in Kyiv. And I was impressed by it - nice people, great presentations, and amazing atmosphere.

Hello @Joe Rigley and welcome to the Atlassian Community! From what I understand, the backup you generated does not include the entire Jira instance. It only contains data for the single project where you initiated the backup. To back up your second project, you will need to create a separate backup from that project’s…

Impressive @Anahit Sukiasyan , nice topic! :) I think that clubs and classes for children and teens (as well as for adults) are an important part of development. When I was a kid, I was taking dancing and language classes - I studied English and German (but now I can't say a word in German, unfortunately). :)

Hello @MyPrivacy GmbH_ , It’s best to raise a ticket with Atlassian Support regarding this issue: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ From what I’ve seen in Community discussions, Atlassian may sometimes be able to restore deleted Bitbucket repositories if the deletion occurred within the last 7 days. However, according…

Hello @Mikee King ! Welcome to the community! : )
-
Yep... sometimes just one well-written article can make everthing clear :)
-
Totally get that! :) Getting thrown into a new tool without any prior experience can be overwhelming 😅
-
Oh, I’ve been there too! When the board doesn’t match the list view, it can be confusing. Great that you solved it:)
-
Hello @SA_Jenni Weatherbed , Unfortunately, Jira doesn’t provide a recycle bin for boards, so once a board is deleted, it can’t be restored directly from the UI. Whether you can recover it depends entirely on whether you have a backup that contains the board’s configuration. If you do have a site or project-level backup…

Thanks for sharing your take @Rune Rasmussen ! Those accidental triggers you mentioned can make things tricky :)
-
I 100 % agree, @Amanda Barber , a little human connection — at the gym or on a walk — always brightens the day :)

Reminders in the Calendar are a super-power 😊... If I participate in Feel Good Friday, I usually set 2 - one for Monday (to remind me that on Friday there is data) and Friday (the actual day of publishing). Though, this time I somehow missed doing so 😌
-
Haha yes, @Anahit Sukiasyan , that long trip definitely threw off my reminders 😅... and I'm happy that I remembered to post that day :)
-
Absolutely agree @Robert Quinn , saying 'No' is a superpower for Jira Admins. Also, involving PMO and Audit teams early really saves headaches later.
-
True, @Rob Hean , "Marketplace Apps"... I also still call them "Apps" and then correct myself :)
-
@Brandon Bennett , I’ve heard that for users familiar with Azure DevOps or similar tools, these changes are easier to adapt to — that’s great! :)
-
That's true @Valerie Knapp , It’s a bit confusing to get used to the new terminology, but I understand that with time it will get easier. I still say 'issue' when I speak, but when I write, it’s easier for me to remember that it’s now called a 'work item' :)

Hello @wallacio , The best approach in this case is to reach out to Atlassian Support — they should be able to guide you. You can raise a ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ For the future, it’s always a good idea to keep a backup of your Bitbucket repositories and metadata. You can do this using the…

Excellent guide! Highlighting the layers and responsibilities in Jira can really make onboarding and daily use much smoother.
-
Love this :) These live classes are a great way for new Jira users to get hands-on experience!
-
Thank you, @Rob Hean ! It's great, and very helpful :)
-
Hello @Srushti Jadhav , This kind of situation can occasionally happen when the Google authentication token expires. You can see a similar issue discussed here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/API-784

Same here! I also make a habit of cleaning up my phone and removing apps I don’t use. Unfortunately, there seem to be more and more “use-once” apps these days — and my phone even reminds me when I haven’t opened some of them for over 3 months! Regular phone hygiene really does make a difference.

Wonderful apps and very creative demos! :)

I don't use any strategy & planning solutions yet, but it's nice to see the commendations.
-
I agree with others for Slack
-
I don't use any ITSM solutions yet, but it's nice to see the commendations.
-
Probably GitHub for Jira, as well

@Amanda Barber , can I take November 21st?
