@Dave Mathijs we're out of Point A but we're still a very small, lean team! It's much easier for us to manage our guides through Intercom. At some point of course we will move everything over. 🙂

Hi @David Nadri I'm in the US if that works better for you! Please choose a time in my calendar: https://www.getclockwise.com/c/daniella-latham/30-min-meeting

Hi @Jerry O'Sullivan - I've found some time for us later this week to connect!
-
Hi Amanda, I've found some time for us to connect as I'm in a friendlier timezone. :)
-
Thanks @Kristie Garver Will share that back also.
-
Thank you so much @Amanda Barber and @Francesca Hart - please let us know if you (or your teams) have any follow-up questions or feedback!
-
No worries @Brent Vierling Josh was live for the past hour, he's going to come back to the outstanding questions later on.
-
Hi @Kristie Garver thanks for this feedback! We're aware of this limitation and exploring being able to link higher-level issues than an Epic to Atlas projects, e.g. an Initiative. That way all the relevant epics would roll up under that. Would this work for your situation?

Hey @Dan.Tombs @Vaclav the live AMA will be tomorrow, Thursday, June 15th at 3pm PDT / 5PM CDT / 6pm EDT / 8am AEST (+1 day)
-
Hey @Aaron Lee thanks for raising this! I have added this insight to our idea backlog.

I wrote about my Monday morning ritual on LinkedIn 🙂 Here it is in a snapshot: 🛑 Avoid meetings on Monday before noon (my time) however possible ☕ Get coffee 💻 Log in, coffee in hand, scan Slack threads and DMs for important messages - 15 minutes ▶ Schedule Slack reminders for lower priority items/threads to follow up on -…

Hi @dhaniklk - great timing, as this is something we're exploring, and if possible we'd love to speak with you about this! 🙂 Our Product Manager is setting up some calls with users to learn more about how we integrate Atlas and Jira Software. Please choose a suitable time to meet with her…

Hi @Lucy Trumble We don't have a confirmed date yet - we're still exploring this! We'd love to know a bit more about your current setup. It'd be great if you could take a few mins to complete this short form to help our team understand your needs. Thanks, Daniella
-
@Reg Meyer @crouhana would love to know more about why you'd find this useful?
-
@Francesca Hart we're excited too! Try it out and let us know what you think 🙂 ➡️ https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlas-Group-discussions/Who-wants-to-try-our-new-goal-linking-feature-for-Jira-Software/td-p/2353257

Got it, thanks for clarifying @Jesse Redl I have added passed this feedback on to our team and updated our backlog.

Hey @Chad Parker Thanks so much for sharing! Re your points: 2) Do you mean syncing the name of the Atlas project and Jira epic? 3) would this be solved by allowing linking higher issue types (e.g. initiatives) than epics - as you will be able to see how epics roll up under that?
-
@Doug it sounds like flexible issue mapping might be a solution for your needs - i.e. linking one level above a Jira epic to your Atlas project. That way all the relevant epics would roll up under that. We're not there but it's in our plans! Does that make sense?
-
Hi @Jesse Redl If you navigate to the Goals directory you can view the cascading goals and also filter by status, owner, tag, etc. See the screenshot below. You can then embed that elsewhere or export it. Are you looking for something else?
-
Hi @Jamie Biesinger unfortunately it's not possible yet to embed Learnings, but I love this idea! Have added it to our backlog. Currently, the workaround would be to paste each Learning link into a Confluence page.
-
Hey @Dan Keshet - not currently possible, but we'd love to know more about what would be the ideal situation for you?
-
Thank you for the feedback, @Erki Tammik. As shared above, we're looking at making linking more flexible beyond just epics. If you're comfortable, could you share which tool you're also using?
-
Hey Christina, What would the ideal state look like for you? Thanks, Daniella
-
Hi @Shaolin Life - @Sing Chen has the right answer for you! Teams are added to goals based on the contributing projects that are linked to the goal. You can filter goals by going to the Goals directory page and choosing the Team you want as a filter.
-
@Matthew McGarity well don't you have the eagle eye! Thanks for spotting that!
-
Whilst I think the emoji tip is very underrated, 😛 I love the one about focusing on outcomes, not outputs. When I create an update, I always make sure to ask myself "who cares?" - so I consider what my audience actually wants to know.
-
Hi @Will Fieldsend We don't have anything public to share but we're going to be starting up a new, private Slack community soon that'll give a direct line to our Product team, where we can share updates and get feedback. Is this something you'd be interested in joining? If so let me know and I'll add you to our list!…
-
Hey @Matthew McGarity thanks for raising this. This isn't currently available but it is on our roadmap, and we hope to share an update on it soon. Thanks, Daniella
