Hi @nayden_naydenov I'm afraid but after two years of EOL, support for Server ended a year ago. You can search this Community forum and other public sites (as @Valerie Knapp suggested). https://www.atlassian.com/migration/assess/journey-to-cloud

Hi @Sean Jones and welcome to the Community. Disclaimer: I speak as a user and I'm not an Atlassian employee. But I'm in the business of product documentation and writing :) When the user is singed it, they have their photo or an antropomorphic avatar displayed in place of the sign in button. The logic in this use-case is…

Ahoj @Marko Šidlovský and welcome to the Community With private links, you can share individual pages. You can share every page of your space as a private link but you're lose relationship among individual pages (page A will no longer link to page B as it does within Confluence). With anonymous access to the entire space,…
-
I see. Check the answers to your other questiosn, @Radek Dostál 's answer should work for this usecase too. Changing space key - you can do this programmatically with regex search in pretty much any XML editor.
-
Hello @anonymouse and welcome to the Community. A good place to start is Content Manager in Confluence where you can filter pages by 'last updated'. There are also space management apps: - Pages Manager by Ricksoft (free app) - Panorama for Confluence by Kolekti Each of these apps offer a slightly different approach to the…

Hi @QASIM ALOUDAT and welcome to the community Simply expand the Pricing dropdown in the search results.
-
Hi @Ingo Syllwasschy Would you mind sharing the solution? It may be useful for other users and newcomers on this forum. Thank you.
-
Hi @Pooja Kotagi Alternativelly, you can try embedding a cloud version of the spreadsheet as in iframe (using Confluence's native iframe macro). That definitely works with Google Sheets - providing the permissions in Confluence and Google docs are set up correctly for individual users.
-
Hi @Ingo Syllwasschy This was the most annoying thing I encountered when I moved to Cloud. I also get those for most apps I'm using. It's there and as far as I know... it cannot be disabled. I simply developed a habit of filtering it out mentally.
-
@Vikrant Yadav Yes, if you make a space available to anonymous access via Space settings, everyone on the internet will be able to see the content. But there is a solution - you'll need an app for that but it will get your out of non-compliance :) Scroll Viewport app by K15t can built a documentation portal from your…
-
Hi @Vikrant Yadav Each Atlassian application is billed separately. That applies to Atlassian Guard (the artist formerly known as Access). You would not have to pay for your guests to access Confluence but you'd have to increase you Atlassian Guard seat count. More on who can be a Confluence…

If you're in an emergency, you can use Scroll PDF Exporter (there should be a free trial).
-
Hello @Khammampati Surendra I have a wild idea but it should work. You're gonna need an app - there might be other apps like the one I'm about to mention for Data Center but this is one is the one I know - Comala Publishing by Appfire. It can synchronize your content between two spaces. In other words, it pushes content…
-
Hi @Alicia K and welcome to the Community. You can embed your Google Sheet using the iframe macro. Set the suitable iframe size and you should be good to go - document should be editable from Confluence. Obviously - it's a question of permissions for that Google sheet. Hope this helps :)
-
Then the divider macro is the solution but not exactly practical. Having said that... if you need to share a page once in a while, you may look into Public Links. It's an add hoc link that makes one single page available to anyone with the link. It may be frowned upon (because security...) but then a PDF can be shared just…
-
Hi @Dolph Courchaine and welcome to the Community. Chances are you were trained on Server/Data Center tutorial. The UI and nomenclature is different. In Cloud, pages (the page tree) can be found under the Content tab. I'm attaching a gif which, I hope, will show you the relationship between the Home / Root page and the…
-
@Joe Brink Oh... Content Slider is an app (a facet of a app), isn't it :) Image Slider for Confluence? If it's so, here's the docs - https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IMG/pages/215679213/User+Guide+-+Cloud The thing with apps is that unless other people have them installed and such, it's hard to offer a more…

Hi @Martin Janeček I miss variables on Confluence and I wasn't able to find an app that would support my needs. As a workaround, if you have a certain pool of non-Confluence folks joining your meetings, you can give them 'guest' access. Guests are free and you can add up to 5 guests per one paid seat.
-
Nazdar @Martin Janeček and welcome to the Community I guess you could use Divider (macro) at certain points on a page, then code PDF CSS (Confluence settings) accordingly. There's no A4-like page page formatting on stock Confluence - it's primarily an online tool.... Having said that... I'd give a try to Scroll PDF…
-
OK... try the following: So you have a page A with the expand macro. * Create a page B. * On page B, use your table filter macro. * On page A, go to the expand macro and inset the Include Page macro in the expand box. * Set up the Include macro to display page B.
-
Hello @Kim Tore Holte and welcome to the Community. Some Cloud macros cannot be nested. Having said that... 'table filter macro' is not a native Confluence macro, is it? It doesn't show up in my Confluence (Cloud, Premium)... Maybe there's a different solution for your use case.
-
Hi @Lauren Barrett and welcome to the Community. I'm in the same situation - anonymous access is not an option, public documentation is a must. Public links are to share individual pages in isolation. As far as I know, there are only two apps that can do what you want to achieve in a meaningfull way. * Scroll Viewport by…
-
Hi @Joe Brink and welcome to the Community If I follow correctly... there are several things to check. Page width and alignment within the general Confluence UI. Then this One controls the text alignment, the other page title's alignment. And finally... if the element such as image occupies the entire width of the…
-
Hi @Keeley Sorokti There's no specific condition based on word/phrase for the body of text, only for the page title. But you can look into smart value condition or CQL condition... There might be an app for that, though, or a programmatic way. Note: Whatever you choose, you might wanna deploy it in a testing space :)
-
Oh, that might depend. If you have a billing partner, you might not be able to see the invoices. I'm attaching a screenshot from my own Confluence. The UI, options, etc. differ quite a lot from our corporate site. The experience also differs between annual / monthly subscription. And I think there's also the old and new…

@Marcial Pimentel You can create identical automations for individual spaces - you'd name them accordingly thus getting round the bug. Once the issue is rectified, you disable all but one rules and turn the remaining rule to all space. Alternativelly, you can use a workflow app - Breeze by B1nary, Workflows by Appfox are…

Edit in Office is DataCenter only feature. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/edit-in-office-using-the-office-connector-170493096.html There may be an app that does same/similar on Marketplace.

Hi @Simon Chauvin and welcome to the Community. Admin section, Billing tab. https://admin.atlassian.com/o/YOURATLASSIANIDENTIFICATIONNUMBER/billing-preview Click Manage and it will take you to the details.

Great minds think alike, Tomislav :D I did not see your answer when I started and it wasn't there when the page refreshed. Must have been seconds :)
-
Hi @Marcial Pimentel and welcome to the Community. Can you share the screenshot of your automation rule? Also, you say that all spaces have the same statuses. That being equal, are all other settings (including permissions) identical. Aren't there restrictions on specific pages?
