Hi @AS In Chrome, you can use Profiles - each with its own set of identities, passwords, etc. This is what I do - linked Atlassian accounts, but each accessed via a unique profile in Chrome.

HI @AS Well, kinda... if you mean having a whiteboard on a whiteboard. On the following image, I inserted a link (using the 'more tools elipses menu > Add a link) and then used Display embed option. Same method works for displaying a whiteboard on a page.

Hello @Robin JAMS and welcome to the Community When it comes to content organization, you have to set the policy on what is important and what isn't, as well as how to organize your content - spaces, pages (parent pages / child pages...) You can use Confluence Content manager along with apps like Pages Manager by Ricksoft…
-
@Darryl Lee Well, yes, L is working again... HOWEVER, there's still the pop up telling me it's about to change. Also, labels are back on display at the bottom of the page. (I would suspect myself of imagining things but there were people asking about 'where are my labels'. At this pace of changes, sanity is in doubt.)…

I used Google sheets as an example, there could be other services that can integrate in a similar manner. But an in-between might not be an ideal solution no matter the platform. If you can live with longer database refreshes then this could be the way to go. But still, displaying default-sized 60 columns in one window is…

What I'd do is to put the CSV into a Google sheet, then use either the 'share' link or the 'published' link (the latter removes the G-docs UI menu furniture) in the iframe macro. We do that a lot, relying on the fact that our Atlassian and Google environments share the same SSO scheme, so if you can access the Confluence…

Hi @Phillip Dudley The page has a maximum width and it determins the physical display of a table - but you can have a table that's wider than the actual physical page width. It would require vertical scrolling. At 60 columns, it would be a massive incovenience and it can impact performance of how the page is displayed to…

Hi @Bhavin THAKKAR There might be an app that can password protect certain content (there's Data Encryption by Acemod which you might explore). The app is free for up to 10 users (on ANY tier). BTW, there are many apps that are free for 10 users. The free Confluence version is intendend for small collaborating teams (up to…

Thank you @asadiq

Hello @Adrian Franco I think that for this work you need to find a common denominator between your Comala workflow and Confluence statuses. I'm not sure Comala app can use Page Status in Confluence. For example, if a part of the Comala workflow is user asignment, you can configure automation to use that user asignment as a…

Hi @Patrick Kilmartin I'm glad you found something that worked.

Hi @Jason Robertson As @Tinker Fadoua wrote, the app is strictly Confluence > Zendesk. I actually tested the app 2 years ago and abandoned it because of limited macro support, style transfer inconsistencies and broken links. Also, the way how Zendesk help center works in terms of organizing content (and ability of users to…

Hi Patrick, Permissions can be a culprit but perhaps not in the most obvious form. If you can see the page, it doesn't mean that the importer tool can see the page. So I'd check if there are any differences between pages that work and those that don't. Pages may have specific restrictions applied, they could contain…
-
Hi @Patrick Kilmartin and welcome to the Community. Can you, pls, clarify what do you mean by 'showing unordered sites from the space'? The hierarchy of Atlassian entities is (top down) * Atlassian Organization * Confluence Site * Confluence Space * Confluence Page Presumably, importing individual pages works well,…

Hello @Subhajit Sengupta Can't you track the video views from the tool where the videos are hosted? (Providing that I got the meaning of embedded - videos are hosted elswhere and you simply embed them on a Confluence page). There's also Google Analytics in Conluence app by David Simpson Apps that should make it possible.

Hello @Sherilyn Swan First, you can easily outdent and indent using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys respectively. Second, there are natural limits over where and what you can oud/indent. For example, * you cannot indent (move left) a first-level bullet/number list * as this one * as it's already in its basic position and cannot…

@Abhinav Singh What's so strange about the use-case that is simply taking advantage of * the single biggest benefit of a page (display of the final content) AND * the single biggest benefit of a live doc (fast collaborative editing)
-
@Abhinav Singh Let me counter-ask :) What is the point of the Live Docs then if multiple users can simply collaborate editing a page in the Edit mode :) The whole point of Live Docs was, I believe, to make collaborative editing easier - and it does so. But at the same time, it exposes the live changes to the Read Only…

You're welcome. This is 'my' public docs site built with Scroll Viewport by K15t.

Hi @María S The easiest free and no-app method would be to use a dedicated Confluence space as a public landing page and enter the information there. You can then add links (in form of cards, embeds, etc.) to your other public spaces. Then, of course, there are theme apps that allow you to fully customize the look and feel.

Hi @Rhyder Key You may want to check Suprasync by Supradoc. Since you're on Free Confluence and the app is free for up to 10 users.... :)
-
Hi @nagarajnaik and welcome to the Community. Most likely, there's an app that allows you to compare the changes and download the log. Macros for Confluence by Capable docs: https://help.gocapable.com/confluence-macros/using-the-diff-macro So it's a question of getting the pages update in the last N time units and getting…

Hello @정종술 Just to expand on what @John Funk said... You are very likely using some sort of SSO and all users in your Atlassian org are provisioned to confluence using some sort of IAM tool - say, Okta. So you need to make changes in Okta for them to propagate into your Atlassian org. Or, you may have an HR system that is…
-
Hi @Pierre Rutsch Let the affected users check if it's happening in different browsers and/or in their preferred browser's incognito mode. There might be a browser extension and or browser setting that automatically translates every UI element into a specific language.
-
Hi @Iain As a workaround - you can create a new space as Custom and clone your existing space's content into it. You can use a trial of an app that does that Comala Publishing by AppfireOne-way synchronization between two spaces, integrates Appfire’s workflow apps. Space Sync for Confluence by RicksoftMulti-directional…

Thank you @Aswin Raj D :)

Hello @Dan Gleason and welcome to the Community You should be able to provision users independently into Atlassian apps, for example, we have multiple Confluence sites, Jira and a bunch of other apps and each has its own user count. If you go to the Admin environment and see the list of Atlassian apps (Confluence, Jira),…

Let's just say that I learned very early after starting as a journalist, in a fairly comical way, that when writing a newspaper article, words yesterday, today, and tomorrow mean something else for me and something else for the reader the next day.... and that you should always avoid them.

Hi @Sarah Basit/Systems/HO You can experiment with the Company Hub. Its primary use is Intranet but it would work well for your purpose https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/resources/guides/confluence-essentials/create-a-visually-appealing-company-hub#set-up-your-hub…

Hi @Nexin Hub Folders are kinda a non-entity, as they do not have their own content and there's no URL. Which is probably why they do not appear in PDF exports. Obviously, it's not a justification. I'll request assitance from the Atlassian team to share (if they can) insights if this can change in future.
