Hi @Danielle and welcome to the Community I'm not sure you can do that natively... but there's still marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ . There might be an app that would do just that. Having said that... with 50 headings per page, all being dates, that Child Page macro would be extremely difficult to navigate.…

Hi @王兆丞 To expand on @John Funk 's solution, you can also use a system of labels. This might be useful if you need a more refined approach (for example, different teams might need to prioritize different pages...) You can refine search by labels, you can even create dedicate pages that would list all pages with a specific…

Hi @Alexander Furtner and welcome to the Community Try the following: * Check the page history - you may find what you're looking for in a previously saved version. * Check Space trash and archived pages.
-
Hi @Susan Burke You can't... not in the sense of importing the content of the PDF... You can * export PDF as a .doc format - require Acrobat or a third party internet service. There are many and some do a really good job. Obviously, you may wanna avoid those for private content. * attach a pdf file to the page * simply…

I can't replicate that either

Hi @Atle Melbo There are apps on the marketplace that provide 'forms' functionality. Having said that, you may consider looking at an LMS app (learning app) especially considering you're working with courses and certifications. Smart Courses for Confluence, IZI for Confluence, for example. Both offer comprehensive tracking…

Hi @Giulia Stella and welcome to the Community. In the Page history section, you can simply temporarily restore a previous version - it will become the 'latest' one. Export it, then go back to Page history and restore the actual latest version. Then you can simply delete that old restored page version. Alternatively,…

The fix is imminent :) "I have great news that we have identified a fix to address this bug! We are in the process of releasing the fix through our deployment stages, and so this fix may take a few days to reach you. Thank you for your patience!"

Hi @Karl Schwamm Documentation is rather ambiguous but I believe that 'plan limit' applies to the maximum number of users that are permissible on the specific pricing plan where plan = standard, premium, enterprise. Which is 150K users for Standard. In other words, if you have 1400 paid users, you can have 7000 guests in…

As far as I remember, you can add a font to Character Map. But if it's a highly custom affair, then I can imagine Confluence (or other tools) might not be able to display it.
-
I'm not familiar with Bitbucket or Cronjob but, basically, you need a URL that, when upon clicking, displays the file. You can also try using smart links... https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-links-and-anchors/ I can only urge you to experiment, it took me about an hour of focused experiments to…

Hi @Admin CMS Wingesfar and welcome to the Community. You can invite them as a guest. Guests do not count towards your user count, they can only access one space, and you can restrict their permission to view only. If it's just a single page, you can use a public link and share it with the user as a static HTML page.…

@Christian Sprenger Code snipet macro is included in Confluence. It's a native Confluence feature and doesn't cost anything. In editor, type / , then start typing Code... then copy / paste the code into the code snippet window. it will look like this. Tip: if the code is too long, you can put the code block into an Expand…
-
Hi @Christian Sprenger Is there any reason why you can't use the Code Snippet macro set up for XML? On a more general note, the iframe macro requires the view-only URL that points directly to what you want to display. For example, * when embedding a video from Google Drive, the first link you get is a PREVIEW link, you…

Hi @Verena Gisler I'm on a Mac and I've just added the following symbols by opening FontBook app (mac native), and copy/pasted individual symbols onto a confluence page. So it's definitely possible, you just need to find a source from which you can copy the characters that you want to use.

Three shots in the dark... I vaguely remember three issues I encountered * some macros conflicting with comments - I believe that was fixed as it was a bug but one never knows especially with 3rd party macros. Worth checking. * Also... a comment applied over a restricted and non-restricted section of the content - included…

Hi @ofir yahav I'm a user of Space Sync for Confluence that @Cyrille Martin mentioned. I think the app would solve your issue. Basically, you will have two spaces, one on each Confluence site - let's call them A and B. You link them with the app. Changes you make in A, will be synchronized to B. And vice versa. Each page…

@Intuitive Code AI It's not an external service, it's an app that you install on Confluence. Confluence is a platform that you can expand with apps, just like you turn your phone in to a leveling device. Paid-for branding removal is a common industry practice. Anyway, don't kill the messenger, I'm a user just like you. And…

Hi @Intuitive Code AI and Welcome to the Community That's not possible without a 'theme' app. I'm using an app called Scroll Viewport to create my documentation website from Confluence content. https://docs.emplifi.io/ The best thing about Viewport is that it does not require Anonymous access enabled, so you're more in…
-
I cannot answer this as we did not use public links and our spaces were not open to anonymous access. I really don't know what kind of Unicorn magic they pulled to make that happen. They presented the use case at an ACE event in Prague last year but the format of the event doesn't allow to get into that level of details.
-
As far as I remember, it was included in the solution - basically, after merging the sites, the old URLs that I bookmarked were automatically redirected. It worked - at least temporarily. I've just took an old bookmark... https://oldcompany1.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ABC/overview?homepageId=123456 and replaced oldcompany1…

Hi @Rüdiger Opitz and welcome. Attaching visual aid to @Cyrille Martin answer :) Create a page and then drag and drop them around at will. You can drop page A onto page B thus turning page B into a parent.
-
Hi @Abby Memmesheimer and welcome. Let's start with the basics: * public links are to share individual pages in isolation - links between individually shared will not work * anonymous access is enabled for the entire space and preserves integrity of your content Both have their use-cases but sharing public links ON TOP of…

Hey @Jude and welcome to the Community. This is fresh from the Atlassian's oven :) Say Hello to HTML Importer: Bulk Import Your HTML Content into Confluence! https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/Say-Hello-to-HTML-Importer-Bulk-Import-Your-HTML-Content-into/ba-p/2896851 (Prior to the HTML import feature,…

Hi @Deepthi Reddappagari and welcome to the Community. I would literally wait a couple of minutes and try downloading the file again. As a DIY troubleshooting, you can try exporting a CSV file - which you can also import to a Cloud instance. If that fails to download, I'd open a support case. Tip: after you fill in the…
-
Hi @Tiago Massochin and welcome to the Community. First, purge the Trash on all spaces that you want to export - it may even help with getting your data volume down. Then, I would suggest exporting your spaces as XML files - that's the easiest way to import it Confluence again should you need to. Current processes tend to…

Hi @María Ferreño Serra My company, Emplifi, is a merger of 3-4 companies, depending how one counts. There were multiple Atlassian Cloud orgs (3 Jiras, even more Confluences, etc.) We worked with an Atlassian solution partner and they came with some very clever solutions More on this is…
-
Hi @Toomas Adson Yeah, Google docs tend to work providing you a) use the iframe macro, b) extract the URL section from the whole embed code. I spent this morning trying to make a G-drive video working in Confluence AND on our Scroll Viewport site rendered from Confluence - none of which is publicly available. The reason it…

Hi @Laureen Roselia I wonder if this has anything to do with the bug discussed here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Export-to-PDF-feature-exporting-the-whole-space-instead-of-just/qaq-p/2899587#M330289 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-80402 If you need a good looking PDF quickly, just…

THE killer feature for me is integration with Scroll Documents and Variants as it makes the PDF exporter an actual CONTENT app with direct support for my pet peeve - conditional content. Once can have a single Confluence space for Cloud and DC version of their app documentation, and export a DC only PDF with DC only…
