Hi @Steffen Heller If you mean CSS options to change the look and feel of Confluence as such, then ... well, Cloud does not have CSS styling options. Except: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/extend-ui-with-custom-options/ On Cloud, CSS styling options are only available for PDF exports (which is, I assume,…
-
@Simon Sahli That sounds like the realm of workflow apps. Status, as a feature, is more-less a glofified label and it's usefulness depends on individual users' approach to discipline.

Hello @Jan Velebny To allow your company users without Confluence seats to access confluence content, you can use one of the follownig apps. * Scroll Viewport by K15t * Instant Websites by Glintech (To my best knowledge, only those two apps can help) The app a) creates a static website from you Confluence content b) allows…

Hi @Guido Sluijsmans You have several options - if you don't mind you space being totally public, you can simply enable anonymous access in space settings. If you want to control access without giving your audience a seat (user or guest), you can do so using a Marketplace app that a) creates a static website from you…
-
@Mia Tamm _Simpleasyty_ - that is not true. Confluence Standard supports Anonymous access. Also see: https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/pricing

Hi @Wayne Jolly The trick is to copy the table from the View mode, not from the Edit mode. Just select the content of the table (as you would any text, holding Shift to scroll to the bottom to select all works) and paste the content into MS Word. I just tested it and it worked like a charm.

I'm glad you find it useful @Simon Sahli !

Hi @Angelika Wabik Too much content can be an issue and the reason why you're experiencing 'jitters'. I have a page that's a '409 minute read', it's basically a single giant table and editing it borders on impossible (we're working on changing the approach to this...). Our experience is identical to yours. If you have 19…

Hello @Jan Velebny and welcome to the Community I guess you're using the External Share for Confluence app by Warsaw Dynamics. If that's the case, I suggest you get in touch with them as answering this requires app specific knowledge.
-
Wow, thanks for the metion @Jimmy Seddon!
-
Hi @Jennifer Thorburn I think it's only possible using an app that can do customized PDF exports. In one of my previous companies, we used Scroll PDF Exporter by K15t that allows you to adjust font sizes.

Hi @Siheme Bounif and welcome to the Community. As you don't specify the hosting type... Cloud: Probably the nicest way to achieve this is with Company hub. It's a page-like feature that doesn't belong to any space and you can use the Cards macro to create a tile-like structure where each tile links to a specific personal…
-
Hi @Jonas Fiebig I'm not a DC user now but back in the day at one of my previous gigs we used Scroll PDF Exporter and if memory serves me well, we had some schedule/trigger implemented that would generate a PDF that users visiting our public doc site could download without triggering PDF generation. I can't tell you how it…

Hi @Gaurav Saxena and welcome to the Community. I recommend getting in touch with Appfire (Comala's parent company) support. I'm using their Cloud Document Approbal and Publishing app and they're quick to react when I need their help.

@Amanda Barber Goes back to Roman times' units of measure - libra, solidus, denarius. Backsplaining it provides the sense of logic although I'm not sure what's wrong with PSP. It's not like it'd be mistaken for the gaming console back in the day. Had £sd appeared in the 1960s, one could easily infer what influenced that…
-
The new Atlassian shortcut system reminds me of the old, pre-decimalization, British currency system (the £sd / Lsd). L is for pound. S is for shilling. D is for, logically, pence :)

Hi @Sigrid Schoepel I don't know what sort of troubleshooting you try to perform but you should know that editing HTML in Cloud and Server/DC is not the same thing. * On the on-prem Confluence, editing HTML was often the only way how to save the page's formatting. On Cloud, that's not really an issue and I've never run…
-
@Markus Ernst Most of the time, for me at least, the issue manifests itself as broken search results, Databases entries not updating, linking not working properly (inserting a page link does not find the page you know it's there), and if you're using space syncing and workflow apps, the relationships might be broken. If I…
-
Hi @Rob Simons and welcome to the community. I experience that too - and it's 100% an issue with some of my browser extention and elements of the UI (I suspect it's related to some of the apps I have but I didn't have to investigate more). It's something that doesn't really bother me as it doesn't happen that often. I…
-
Hello @Pranjal Singh Rathore and welcome to the Community The answer is yes, the method depends on whether you're on Cloud or on Datacenter, as search works slightly differently. On Confluence Cloud, you can search the content across the entire site or per space, sort it by last updated and filter by label. You can also…

Hi @Andrew Whitaker A SAML SSO like Okta would be the best solution, I guess as it would allow you to handle domains on the Okta side and provision the users to Atlassian apps (products) at will. You can also experiment with creating new Jira and Confluence sites within your Atlassian org - those would have stand-alone…

Hi @Omar U. and welcome to the Community. * Go to the Space Settings > Content > Reorder * You'll find a page tree look-alike - you home page will have an orange home icon next to it. * There are likely to be pages ABOVE it - your 'missing' pages. Drag and drop those pages below the home page. Hope this helps.
-
@SilkeS - works for me, let's hope it also works for Robert. Thanks!

The quizz says Jira. I say Confluence :) Both are correct as, for my use case, Confluence and Jira are two sides of a single coin.
-
Wow @Moriah Yorkey , thank you for the kind words. Well, Space Sync is probably the closest. But I understand it might be tough to switch if an app is an inherent part of the workflow and/or you're on a long term billing cycle with Atlassian. But I wonder if there might be a way to use automation in your target space to…
-
Hi @Moriah Yorkey Space Sync for Confluence by Ricksoft allows you to use a label of your choice to ignore page from sync (publishing). https://docs.ricksoft-inc.com/space-sync-for-confluence/configure-bulk-sync-settings The app supports syncs across sites (and can be set up as bi/multidirectional). Scroll Documents with…

Hi @Robert Kleineikenscheidt and welcome to the Community. I asked Community managers about what happened to that page. I'm getting the same message.
-
Hi @Tony Mroczkowski After you fill in the basic ticket details, you should be able to start a chat (there's a button / option to do so) - and quickly get a real person on the line (worked for me about 2 weeks ago).
-
Hello @Martina Hurtečáková A page is a page is a page so unless you force something specific via CSS, there will be an empty spece. There's an alternative to Content Exporter (a META INF app, I presume) - Scroll PDF Exporter by K15t. I'm not trying to make you switch but I think it does have the feature that you want…

Hi @johnsbucket You may want to check Data Encryption for Confluence.
