Hi @andrea_hermansson So I connect Confluence, it loaded all pages from Confluence... then I organized the DB by Space, selected pages from the spaces I did not want, deleted the content and was left with the space I wanted. Edit, actually, applying filter worked too :) I deleted the pages BEFORE without saving the view…

@Michael John Cainglet The pages that you created will be in the tree that displays in the space export settings. You can de-select all pages and then select just the page that you want to export as HTML. There is no HTML options on the page export menu (only Word and PDF), but you can achieve the same result from the…

Hi @Michael John Cainglet and welcome to the Community. From Space settings > Export, you can export the entire space or a selection of pages (even 1) in the HTML format.

Hi @Tayapat PINNOI and welcome to the Community. You can create a link on a Sandbox Confluence page by using a URL of a Production Confluence Page. You this will work between any number of Confluence sites within a single Atlassian Organization cloud. Then configure the link as usual - URL, inline, card, embed... Having…

Thanks @Andy Heinzer for jumping in. It's weird, though, that while one can't see the actual database content, the database itself shows up in the navigation tree. It's easy to reach the conclusion that it's either a bug or I'm doing something wrong.

Hello @Sean McCullough and welcome to the Community. You can search for Airtable and/or create a new suggestion here. Just log in with your Atlassian account. Meanwhile, you can achieve a similar behavior on the page level with the iframe macro - as a kind of workaround.

Hi @Andrew M Robulack and welcome to the Community. Good question! I just tested this and was able to see the name of the database in a publicly available Confluence space. But I could not see the database content. I'm not sure if this is a bug because the guidance here doesn't work for anonymous viewing.…

HI @andrea_hermansson and welcome to the Community You can create a databse of all pages in your space (you can read my Community article about how to do that here - it's from mid last year so some elements might look/act different but you should be able to achieve the goal). Once you have the database, you can configure…

Hi Michael and welcome to the Community. * In Figma, click the Share button. * Click Get embed code. * Copy the embed code. * Extract the actual HTML address from the embed code - the blue portion on the screenshot. * Drop that HTML into the iframe macro (settings are Width 100%, Height 800 px, Allow full screen). The…

On Confluence Cloud, you can set the attachment maximum size in Settings. On the screenshot, it's about 148 MB - which I believe is the default. Then the rest depends on your pricing plan. Max size of Confluence Free is 2GB, Standard is 250 GB, Premium and Enterprise are unlimited.

Hi @matt Another user posted a similar question recently: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/signature-capture/qaq-p/2967477#U2967714 There are some app tips too. Other than that, you may also look into LMS (learning management systems) apps on the Marketplace - they may be an overkill for your use…

Hi @Palita Bear and welcome to the Community. You can attach a file to a page as an attachment and people can download it. However, Confluence is not designed to work as a file storage/management/distribution system.

Hi @Daria Pavlova and welcome to the Community. It's weird because wherever I see the 'viewpage.action' link, it's always a blank page opened in the edit mode. For example: https://MYSITE.atlassian.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=106856454 results in 404 Having said that, your first link is missing the page ID This is…

Hi @Chris Cairns - Digital Rose Thanks for sharing, I had no idea an app like this exists.

HI @Loz https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Fill in the basic details and you should see the option to start a chat with a real person. This is the fastest and the most effective way to get help. Meanwhile, if this is an emergency, I'd recommend a trial of Scroll PDF Exporter. It will produce a much better result. And…

Hi @H N and welcome to the Community, I'd try different browser + incognito modes. Very often, issues like this are caused by extensions. Having said that... Atlassian has been rolling out UI changes and this is know to interfere with some third party apps visuals. Combined with possible browser extension issues... On the…

Hi @Anjana V K Another user asked the same question a couple of days ago. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/My-published-page-is-broken/qaq-p/2964880#M336303 Reverting changes helped them. I'd try resaving or a combination or reverting and rechanging the content again.

Hello @Westley Copeland and welcome to the Community. The best option is to contact Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ After you fill in the basic details such as your SEN (license) number etc., you should see the option to start a live chat with a real person. At the very least, they can get you…

Hi @Johan Theunissen * Click Page menu ... (three dots on a page you wanna explore) * Click Advanced details * Click Content information

Hello @Anna Holovko and welcome to the Community. A space and/or org Admin should be able to retrieve the page from Trash. Typically, an org admin would be someone from your IT/DevOps department.

And this is how your Viewport site can look like :)

Hello @Wanpichit Sriwichai and welcome to the Community. Please, reach out to the Atlassian support directly at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ After you fill in the essentials, you should see the option to start a live chat. Atlassian Community is a public forum where users try to help each other but we cannot…

Hi @Andy Lingga and welcome to the Community. First, ensure that Databases are enabled in the space. Second, ensure that you have permissions to create a Database (if you can create and edit a page, you should be able to create a database). You can create a standalone DB in the tree structure, or a DB can be a part of a…

Hello @cmworldrnd and welcome to the Community. In the Admin console, click Billing, then click Manage next to any Atlassian product or an app that you have. When the product details appear, you'll see the Payment method displayed - click Manage. Or click Billing profiles. Also, this is a public forum so you may want to…

Hi @Ahmad Nursalim and welcome to the Community What does it look like in the edit mode? What (type of) content did you write (copy-pasted) to that page? Are there any specific macros that you're using?

Hi @Ravish Kumar Singh and welcome to the Community. Alternatives to the shortcut that @Richard Cho mentioned is shown in this gif (it also reveals the menu modal with additional options) - menu - a + icon

Hi @Jennifer Sherman and welcome to the community. I'm afraid, that's not possible natively, unless you use one of the so called 'theme' apps or an app that builds a genuine static website for you from Confluence content. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=themes%20confluence Most popular apps are: * Scroll…

Hi @Darryl Lee I'm not a vendor but I can confirm that after you establish a syncing relationship between two spaces (or more spaces with Space Sync), Comala Publishing and Space Sync will preserve page IDs in both spaces. The relationship is based on matching (pairing) two specific pages from two spaces. In fact, break…

Hi @Johan Theunissen I was going to suggest the same app as @Dave Mathijs :) If you don't to go that path (pun intended :) ) you can always organize the content into multiple spaces, or simply use the tree structure of the single space more efficiently. For example - with the product documentation content, you can organize…
