Hello! Yes, this is expected behaviour. When you add/remove a project then all the issue types are reset effectively resulting in Any issue type. Motivation for this behaviour is to have only those issue types shown which are applicable to chosen projects. Vlad 

It's not pick-able from the combo, but you rather need to write an expression like the following: $jirassimo.getProjectRoleEmails("PROJECT_ROLE_NAME", "YOUR_PROJECT_KEY") This statement will return a comma-separated list of all users who have specific role in specific project.
