That isn't the username for pushes or pulls. Go to https://bitbucket.org/account (while logged in) and it'll list the username you should use.
-
Is this Bitbucket Cloud or Bitbucket Server? Either way, you should be able to use branch permissions to restrict use of the online edit tool on a given branch.
-
Was there any other information with the response? There should be some additional information there about what specifically is wrong. Also, please use `api.bitbucket.org/2.0/` in the URL instead of `bitbucket.org/api/2.0/` - it should be a bit more responsive.

Anything committed to a repository, whether binary or text, or through git or hg, is versioned. However, binary files are much more likely to fill the repository unless you use something like LFS. What are you trying to do?
-
What do you get for `ssh-add -L`? Your key should be listed there. If it isn't, run `ssh-add` (same command, but without -L) to add it.
-
It doesn't matter - you can use "git", "hg", or your username. It's just for testing.
-
Which operating system?
-
That command needs one small formatting fix: git clone git@bitbucket.org:humense-team/k2ls.git
-
Have you generated a new SSH key on the new laptop, and added the public half to your Bitbucket account?
-
I'm going to assume based on your question here that you're using Bitbucket Server. Do you have port forwarding enabled? Is there a specific port that Bitbucket SSH is listening on other than the SSH-default port 22?

Bitbucket Server or Bitbucket Cloud?
-
If you're using Bitbucket Cloud, you can use https://developer.atlassian.com/bitbucket/api/2/reference/resource/repositories/%7Busername%7D/%7Brepo_slug%7D/branch-restrictions#post to set up or remove branch restrictions using the API. You may also be interested in the GUI…

There's a trailing dot on the repo name. Remove that in the settings.
-
It's the username of the repository owner.
-
Is your Bitbucket username "keo"? I don't see any such repo under that account. If your username isn't "keo", then the address needs to have your username in the name.
-
Is `natus-vincere` your account name? If not, then that URL won't work.
-
You can still use HTTPS for authentication if you set up an application password: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/app-passwords-828781300.html
-
This is Bitbucket Cloud. If the user account has the key then it doesn't need to be added to any specific repo.
-
It's likely that your SSH agent isn't running, or doesn't have the appropriate key(s) added. Is your key listed when you run `ssh-add -L`? Does Bitbucket come back with your username if you run `ssh -T git@bitbucket.org`?
-
You're asking about SSH access but providing details on an HTTP failure. You'll either need to update your remote to use SSH (`git remote set-url origin git@bitbucket.org:owner/repo.git`) or fix your HTTPS URL (as found on the repo overview page; should be something like `https://username@bitbucket.org/owner/repo.git`…

The 403 status is actually pretty descriptive here: it means that user doesn't have permission to that endpoint (/bitbucket-hook). The network is fine (otherwise you would get a NET_ERR), and the credentials themselves are OK (otherwise you would get a 401), and there's an endpoint by that name (otherwise you would get a…

You mean like a fork? POST a new fork has some details on how to do that in Bitbucket Cloud.
-
These are Bitbucket screenshots, not GitHub. Is your question about Bitbucket or GitHub?
-
The image you're using doesn't contain an SSH client, or if it does then it's not in the $PATH. Either switch to an image that contains `ssh` or specify its full path.
-
Unfortunately it looks like that isn't currently possible with Chef Automate, per https://docs.chef.io/integrate_delivery_bitbucket.html : Chef Automate does not support Bitbucket project repositories that are hosted at https://bitbucket.org at this time.
-
Why are you running a publicly-accessible instance of Bitbucket Server?
-
That is not Bitbucket's host key! What IP address is that listing?
-
The site needs to be your username - `afalchi.bitbucket.io`.
-
You'll need to either make a longer RSA key or use a different type of key. If you want to make a longer RSA key, there should be an option at the bottom of the PuTTY key generator where you can specify a length. As the message indicates, you'll need to make one that's at least 2048 bits long. If you want to use a…

I think you misunderstood me: Pipelines doesn't just support Docker, Pipelines is Docker. The Ruby environment you're running is a Docker container, as defined in the first line of bitbucket-pipelines.yml. You may be able to specify an environment that already has homebrew installed, or you can build your own image if…
