Despite the fact that the doc say it can be toggle off, it's not the case on my side.

Hi @Kristin Rains I think it's related to this issue and can be turned of from user profile. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-85488 Regards

Hi @Susanne Moore I do not think you can. There is an existing ticket about this in Atlassian backlog ([ID-240] Ability to merge Atlassian accounts to a single account with secondary emails - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.) Regards

Hi @Denis Mitin If you want to list all issue type and status available in your JIRA instance you need to be JIRA Admin. Administration > Issues > Issue Types Administration > Issues > Statuses Regards

So you can create tickets in the project, but when you clone it, it's not being created ? Did you double check by searching in the project ? Can you confirm that the Work Item Link Type Cloners exist too ?

Hi @Sylvain CAMPOS After this message, you should have a new one right after that tell you that the ticket has been created no ? Task XXXX-21 cloned This task is linked to XXXX-22.View cloned Task

Regards

Hi @안휘찬 Is it a free plan that was linked to this site ? If it has been deactivated you should have received an email prior the deactivation. Feel free to raise a request to Atlassian to get more information about it. https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/ Regards

Is it just for that space or all space ? I would suggest to compare permission with the user who have access. Compare application access, but also space role.

Have you try to reactivate it using the reactivate button ? I think you will be prompt to select a plan.

Hi @Project Tajneed You can find the process in this kb. https://admin.atlassian.com/ Select your organization, Billing, next to the product Manage. Then you should be redirected to a billing page and be able to select change plan on the top right. Regards

Hi @Pedro Pacheco For everything related to development you will have more chance on teh developer community. The Atlassian Developer Community This community is more for end user question than development related questions. Regards

I think they just keep all the event in queue, when automation got fixed, it processed all the even in the queue.

Hi @Madhav sharma You may want to implement Oauth2 for this. https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/create-oauth-2-0-credential-for-service-accounts/ You will then be able to use the secret and client id to request a token. Regards

Hi @J B This is most likely due to the automation incident of yesterday. Incident is now fixed and here is the last comment about it. "Resolved - The vast majority of customers historical events have now all been processed successfully, with a small group of customers that have very high volume of automations still to…
