Hi @Cyril You could save a filter that looks like: type = "Test Plan" and fixVersion in (10) (eg: V10TestPlan) Then use issue in testPlanTests("V10TestPlan") and type = Test Regards
-
Hi @AMIT GULATI At the moment your static filter seems to be on label = XXX. If you have script runner could you use something like label = XXX or issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("label = XXX", "link_type") ? Regards
-
Hi @isaiarasi.meiyalagan To configure the context, so, this type should be link to this type using the link type Y, you could get around with Extended Schemes for Jira | Atlassian Marketplace The issue with behaviors is that it do not affect the More > link option, only the Issue link on the screen so it cannot be use to…

When you do to the board configuration, in the General page, is JIRA able to list the projects in the Projects in board section ?
-
This looks like JIRA Cloud to me, not JIRA Data Center.
-
Hi @Jens JIRA will associate the board with the project is the project is explicitly in the query. So if your query is not limited to some projects, eg project in (X,Y,Z) it may not be displayed in the project side panel. If you do usually you will see it in the side bar for project X,Y,Z. Regards

Hi This "com.atlassian.servicedesk.frontend-webpack-plugin:customer-request-details-web-panel" should hide it on the IT side. Regards
-
Hi @Levent Doğangül You should be able to hide it using Script Fragment from Scriptrunner. You can hide the entire panel "com.atlassian.servicedesk.frontend-webpack-plugin:customer-request-details-web-panel" You cannot edit that field.…

Hi @Ihtisham Khan If it's related to you corporate JIRA instance , you need to reach out to your administrator. If it's related to your personal account you can edit it here https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/general Regards
-
Not sure to understand, what is the endpoint to call on JIRA side that answer you this message ?
-
Are you querying a company managed or Team managed project ? What is the end point you are calling ?
-
If it's not in the supported platform list it do not means it will not work. Atlassian will most likely do not investigate if you raise any ticket that could be due to database issue because they do not test nor support this version. Regards
-
Base on the documentation no.
-
Hi @Kevin Passey With a free tier you can go up to Epic, you cannot have anything above, so you should be able to leverage Parent link from Task to Epic but not on the epic. Link issue to a parent in your plan | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support Regards
-
Hi @Иван Тарасов Yes you need to upgrade if you want to keep using a supported version of Confluence. Version you need to update to is your company choice, but I recommend updating to an LTS version. The confluence LTS is currently 9.2. Everything should be explained in the link below. Confluence 9.2 upgrade notes |…

Hi todd_palermo@na.honda.com Using a script field of type Issue picker will be easier in your case no ? Issue Picker Regards
-
Does the name include Project Name or it's just as example and they are both name the same in both project ? If someone updated the Sprint field directly and add and issue from project A in the sprint you created in the board for project B, the Sprint for project B will be displayed in project A. As sprints are not related…
-
Yes but if you do a JQL query like project = Project A and Sprint = "Project B | Sprint 2025.2" do you have any issue returned ?
-
Most likely Project B | Sprint 2025.2 is displayed in both because you have a ticket from both project assigned to it, or at least from project A. It occur when there is the Sprint field in the create/edit screen and someone select the wrong Sprint. For the naming issue, do you have something that create automatically them…
-
Hi @Dan Ny Are you using JIRA DC or JIRA Cloud ? On JIRA DC, Sprints are related to board, not project. A bord could cover multiple projects. Regards
-
Where you put your url, you can also copy past it in notepad. Regards

Have you try to paste in the browser url and then copy it again to make sure to clear any unwarted/hidden character ? Regards
-
Hi @Mariano Is it the JSM license that return the issue or the app license ? Regards
-
Hi @Giorgia Gastaldi On the portal you will only see tickets that are waiting for your approval and have a customer request type value. Regards
-
Hi @RG Doing intermediate upgrade usually limit the risk of having an issue. I would do at least one intermediate in JIRA9. You can have some information in the upgrade not for the version you want to migrate too. You also need to check with your apps if there is no intermediate version to go through that could require an…
-
Hi @Robert Leachman The configuration is in the Customer Notification in the JSM project. They are probably considered as customer and receive the notification. Regards
-
hum, the "Order By rank" should I fixed both. Are you using a Team Managed project or Company Managed project ?
-
Hi, There is no default user created for the JIRA Data Center version, it's only for the Cloud version. You can create a specific user or use an existing one for this. Regards
