Hi @Kemal Solmaz If Found in version is a single select version picker. You need to push only 1 value to the field. But Affects Version is a multi version picker. You could use smart value on the edit field directly and not use the Advanced edit with json. Smart value could be {{issue.versions.last}} Regards

You cannot apply different value when doing a bulk change. Only way is to have a transition with no screen limited to some group/role to not have it available to everyone. Regards

Hi @leonan_machado Welcome to the community. If it's something you have to do often, did you evaluate the possibility to add a transition without the screen limited to admins only ? Regards

I would remove this condition. For me issue.issueLinks.type is not returning what you are expecting but it's not really useful as it will branch over 0 issues if any. Regards

It's how the tool is build in and also how much of project management methodology works. JIRA's hierarchy is designed to ensure each task has a clear and singular path of progression. A task having only one parent (such as a story or an epic) helps maintain a straightforward and understandable project structure. Allowing…

Hi @Jira Admin Most o the time the user has rules in their inbox that delete/move emails from JIRA. Make sure it's not the case. Also sometimes it goes to spam. If you only have a user in this case it's most likely related to his configuration. Regards
