Hi @Shashi Mathathanks for the question! This is Umer from K15t, creators of the jira tool "Backbone Issue Sync for Jira". You can manually set up an automation to copy comments between Jira and JSM, and would have to set up a similar automation for syncing attachements. Another way to go about this would be using a Jira…

@Kritsana Loaboonsup_Yahoo_ I saw that you were also looking for a solution to connect JSM with another JSM project. As I mentioned to Daniel as well, I'd suggestion using a tool like Backbone Issue Sync for Jira that could help you sync your JSM tickets with any Jira product, including Jira Software, JSM, or JSW. When a…
-
@Leo Verstraeten I think you are right that the two tickets can be linked, but that will not auto sync the changes on the issues (or any other Jira data) across them. It will only give you a link to easily go back and forth between the linked issues.
-
Hi @Daniel Roig just came across your question! I hope you have found a solution for your problem. If not, I'd suggestion using a tool like Backbone Issue Sync for Jira that could help you sync your JSM tickets with Jira software. What was the name of the other tool? How do you compare Jira to that tool?

@Pramodh M Interesting solution, but developing a separate script for every such use-case would be very costly and time consuming. Maybe it will be worth your while checking out Backbone Issue Sync for Jira's remote licensing option. You will not be limited to syncing only a few fields or limited data. And you can even…

@Craig Nodwell Wow! Those are some really awesome photos! And did you think about naming this newly discovered area? :D It would be cool to have something along the lines of Craig-ville or Nodewell-land on the map! :p
