Dear @UJ , @Alexis Robert seems to be right. I recommend to change the port of Jira. For example to 8888. Then also adapt the reverse proxy settings. And add the 8080 with Apache to catch the request and redirect to 443. Then you can be sure they won't access the old port. So long Thomas

Dear @Christian Laguerre , unfortunately - not. Sorry Thomas
-
Dear @UJ , have you tried <VirtualHost aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:8080> ServerName http://aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:8080 Redirect 301 / https://jira.mysubdomain.com/ </VirtualHost> In the end this a redirect from http to https. Just took this snippet from you original post. So long Thomas

Dear @nkhitrov , probably this post brings the solution. So long Thomas

See this from Confluence 6.15.6:

Dear @Nick Reilingh , this behavior is ok - there is a checkbox to also save the backup in backups dir. So long Thomas

Dear @Rik Vanmechelen this is a good entry point: Configuring a board. So long Thomas

Dear @kleb12 , sure, you can do this recursively with the returned data from the API. But you have to code this on your own. So long Thomas
-
Dear @UJ , sure this is possible. Follow this article and also read the comments. So long Thomas

Dear @Borja P , please reopen your question again at https://community.developer.atlassian.com/. There is the right audience to assist. So long Thomas

Dear @Mohamed Hafed , seems to be some odd behavior - I recommend to contact Atlassians Support to check. BTW: The TOC includes only information, a JSD customer has access to? So long Thomas
-
Dear @idarlund , first of all for the community - do not modify Jira's DB directly, until you know exactly what you do! Have you shut down Jira before the DB update statements? My recommended way to do: * Export DB dump * open XML in suitable editor (entities.xml) * search for the user and replace everywhere * re-import…

Dear @Andrew Cannell , very pragmatic solution: collect the status information with a scripted cron job and update the page with the one REST API call. So long Thomas

Dear @Ebrahim Shakhatreh the linked article says, that this functionality is in beta. I recommend to follow ACJIRA-1588 and contact the developers directly. Probably helpful: 3LO and user revoking access and How to implement OAuth 2 (3LO) so long Thomas

Hey @Deepak Tomar , I would really like to help you - but I lack of information: * full API request * full JSON response / header information * REST client / library / language / ... * ... Thanks for understanding Thomas
-
Dear @Nathan Wong , unfortunately not possible from out-of-the-box. To analyse a text field for numbers and then validate the value is complex and not possible by a JQL. I would do this with a script from outside - the API. * Search for issue, eg the last 24h * parse all subjects for the number range * if true, set a flag…

Dear @Jeevan Prabakaran , in JSD the reporter are treated as customers with a own permission Implementation than Jira Core/Software users. So when you create a ticket for someone else, do this on the portal (logged in as agent) with "on behalf of ...". So long Thomas

The question was meanwhile opened at https://community.developer.atlassian.com/. Follow this link.

Dear @spiresolutions contact the Atlassian Sales team - the community here has no influence nor access on license information. So long Thomas

Dear @Pincvision Administrator , you can create a new task in another jira project by creating a custom automation rule: So long Thomas

Dear @Benjamin W. , have a look at this external article. It describes this in general for log4j - not specially for Confluence. So long Thomas

Dear @[deleted] , that's a pitty. But I doubt to be able to help you. Atlassian would ask you to send the support ZIP. Even if you do I am not from Atlassian nor I have a deeper knowledge of Jira (on source code level). But anyhow, we can try. * Can you reproduce your issue at any time? * Is only PRO-27 affected? * Have…

@zzw8200465323 good! With your link information the question seems to be answered. Can you mark it? Thanks Thomas

Dear @Denis , Jira itself is affected. JSD is an application using the infrastructure of Jira. So it is pretty fine when you stay at version 8.0.3 that is bound to JSD 4.0.3. So long Thomas
-
Dear @Ken Kennery , The only Atlassian Cloud products that support Microsoft Edge are the Jira products (Jira Core, Jira Software, Jira Service Desk). Take from this page. So long Thomas
-
Dear @kleb12 , there is nothing wrong with the API. You simply cannot download a CSV report with the API. Instead you have to create your own report by pulling the time tracking information from the issues. So long Thomas
