Hi @Akarshi Taneja Confluence Cloud comes with its set of shortcomings when it comes to tables... I can suggest you the app Elements Spreadsheet, available in the on-premise and Cloud hostings. You will be able to control column width as you please, hide columns and rows, set the first row as header, etc. Hope it helps!

@Jim Solomon Have you taken a look into the native Jira roadmap macro in Confluence ? It allows you to display your Jira roadmap inside Confluence and interact with it. The good thing about it is that it will keep in sync with your Jira instance so you're sure any data displayed in Confluence is up-to-date. Hope it helps

With the app Elements Spreadsheet , you can create lists from a selected range of cells containing values and apply these lists to one or several cells. For example, you can…

Elements Connect reads data but does not write data to outside datasources. You can create issues from the Agent view as well, yes. Calls are made when a request is created and when you edit Connected items. Note that data is snapshot for now (new data will be pulled in but existing data won't updated). The ability to have…

Welcome to the community @[deleted] ! The third party app Elements Connect will be able to help you implement this use case. You can configure a Connected item that will pull all the contracts associated to the logged-in user. Here is a useful link on how to do that. You can find here a use case that resembles your use…

@__ Jimi Wikman I'm glad you find the feature useful! Elements Connect does not use Jira's database, it has its own storage sitting outside of Jira, where data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can find out more information about that in our Security Self-Assessment here. Note: Elements Connect is a Cloud Security…

@Giane88 Elements Connect allows you to configure connected fields which pull data from external datasources. You can also configure dependencies between those connected fields, such as display specific information about the customer selected. For example, if your customer is tagged as "active" in your external datasource,…

Hi @Ste404 Let me rephrase your ask, I just want to make sure I got it right: You want to get a list of all Cloud software licenses values from the "Cloud Software" attribute of a given "People" object and display it in a Select field. This list should be dynamic and only display all Cloud software licenses assigned to the…

Hi and thanks for opening this AMA! I saw that you can build out data connections to feed form fields. What are your future plans for that ? I also saw that it's possible to link form fields to Jira fields, are there plans to extend this linkage to custom fields and vendor-built fields ? JSM forms hold great potential, are…

Hi @Max Schwendeler I am the Product Manager of Elements Connect. I am interested in what you try to achieve here. Would you like to be able to choose whether to display the ID of the field or its display name depending on the context (project, request type, issue type, etc.)? Or would you like to display the ID and the…

Sorry it'll not work as the connected item needs to be saved with a value first in order for this value to be available in the custom field.

Hi @Juan Carlos Cavero Gracia In the Cloud, what you can do is create an Elements Connect connected item with a mirror field (this will send the template value(s) inside a custom field). Then you can configure this custom field to be required on your JSM form from the Jira admin. I hope this helps. If you have any further…

Hi David In the Cloud, it is not possible to hide a connected item if there are no values returned for it. I'm afraid you won't be able to use Behaviours in the Cloud: "At this time it is not possible to implement the Behaviours feature within ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud."…
