It is not related to SLA time targets. It is smart value that can be used in Automation for different purposes such as set Due Date field to 6 months ahead after creation.. For your case, just convert months to hours for SLA goals.

Hi @Carina Munzert Welcome to the community. Please check this KB: Creating Workload Schemes
-
Hi @Loic Mollet Welcome to the community. It is not possible to use months while defining goals. When specifying SLA goals that use a fraction of an hour, write the time as Xh Ym (for example, 3h 30m). You can write SLA goals as hours and minutes, but not days.

Hi @Pim Vincentie Please check this article: Error "Unknown fields set during transition. Field may not be on transition screen. Hi @Agneessens, Neelam Welcome to the community. Please go to Rule details and check the actor. Actor might be your user, then it is assigned to you, if there is a post-function that assigns issue to current user.

In Page A, add PDF 1 inside Excerpt Macro and give a name to this macro . Go to Page B add Excerpt Include macro, select Page A and relevant macro. Then, PDF 1 will be shown in Page B content. Basically, you can add all 10 PDF's to different macros in same page to make it re-usable in other pages.
-
Hi @Michael Kornmann Welcome to the community. You can use Include Page macro to display the content of another page. Insert the include page macro Alternatively, it is possible to get part of a page's content for re-use via excerpt macro.

It is possible to do it with single SLA by adding goals. (If SLA conditions (start, pause, stop) don't vary by customer) Ex: Response Time: * Organizations = "Customer 1" and Priority = High -> Goal: 1h * Organizations = "Customer 2" and Priority = High -> Goal: 2h etc. Please see the Atlassian Team's answer in this…

Hi @Eusoph Simba Is there any specific reason for creating separate SLA metrics for different customers? You know it is possible to use single response time and resolution time for all customers?

Hi, In Scheduled trigger, there is a checkbox which is "Run a JQL search and execute actions for each issue in the query.". You can uncheck this one and add "Related issues condition" (JQL issues) to check if result is present or not.
-
Hi @Cansu Genc First, go to workflow and add new status * Add new status and steps to workflow Then, pause SLA when issue is transitioned to Scheduled status. * Understanding why an SLA is paused in a Jira Service Management ticket * Create service level agreements (SLAs) to manage goals
-
