Hi @jbaseas, welcome :) Did you contact the support of the app vendor? Maybe they can help you. But to me, it also looks like there is some problem in the cloud. Another reporting solution I can recommend is Report Builder. Always worked perfectly on all hosting variants.

Hi there @Tamora :) As far as I know, there is no possibility to create custom whiteboard templates in Confluence yet. But you can create the "template", a blank whiteboard with all the stuff to fill and then tell your team to copy it?

Hi @Kashif Rahman could you try: resolution = Done AND resolved >= startOfDay("-30d") AND resolved - created > 7d ORDER BY resolved DESC I guess this could do the trick, since I think timespent refers to the worklog hours, not the calendar duration.
