Looking forward to the discussion, @Andreas Springer, @Rustem Shiriiazdanov _Actonic_ and @Andrei Pisklenov _Actonic_ will have. Make sure to bring your very own questions!

These three gentlemen will be your hosts :) @Rustem Shiriiazdanov _Actonic_ , @Andrei Pisklenov _Actonic_and @Andreas Springer

Thanks for that great list, @Joseph Law (Contegix) What amazed me the most at Mantra was the highly personalized free demo you receive. There is a pre demo call where the experts really dive deep into your use case and when the demo starts you see the Confluence you love, leveled up with the best social intranet options…

Hi @gautamdogra, Mirroring the Jira board on the Confluence page is not necessarily the best approach. While they can be complementary, they serve different purposes: Jira Board: Real-time tracking of project tasks, workflow visualization, and assignment management. Confluence Page: Comprehensive information hub for the…

Thank you very much for this excellent and detailed article, @Linh Pham_Ricksoft_Inc ! Confluence alone is brilliant, but in our company we have Mantra. And I have to admit: With this Confluence intranet, any project management is easier because you can interact better and faster with each other. 🙌 Especially if you also…

Thanks for correcting, and please excuse our mistake, @Emre Toptancı _OBSS_ !

Hi @Yehuda Dembsky, did you mark the columns?
-
Hi @Mazen Mostafa, the answer is: it depends. You can use Jira the HIPAA compliant way, but there are a few steps to consider. Please find more information in this article.

Hi @Audrey Béliveau! Thank you so much for this question. Exporting Confluence pages into Word or PDF format relies on the functionality provided by Atlassian itself. Unfortunately, Karma Page Builder does not directly influence this export process. However, we are here to assist you in making the most of your Karma Page…

Hi @Laurel Burns :) Not sure whether you're still searching for an answer, but I can recommend appanvil's Mantra. With Mantra for Confluence Cloud, you can stay connected to your work community, no matter where you are. Keep the conversation going from your desk, on the go, or even from the comfort of your home. Be part of…

Thank you for the suggestion, @Kristian Klima! ITE could maybe really solve the problem here. Feel free to schedule a free demo, @Joe Chalhoub https://links.actonic.de/itedemocommunity

Hi there, @Shanto Aloor , you cannot work with Contluence Tables like this. But I can highly recommend Inline Table Editig - it allows you to work with tables just like you know it from Excel. You can also calculate sum and More and Everything in view mode!
-
Can I also use these to do some calculations? Like sum numbers or something?
-
You're welcome, @Sanshia Wadhwa :) It depends here what kind of planner you're looking for. There's a built-in capacity planning for admins in Timesheet Builder. It differs from Tempo Planner. Maybe it's best to schedule a free demo?

Hi @[deleted], Atlassian's time tracking itself does not come with a timer feature. If you're looking for an easy to use and highly intuitive time tracking app, I can recommend Timesheet Builder. Admins benefit from easy team management, and the tool allows the addition of custom worklog attributes like billable, overtime,…

Hi there @Sanshia Wadhwa, I can recommend Timesheet Builder. It's a really intuitive tool to use and allows you as a user to track time directly in the ticket with a timer function. And for admins, they can easily manage teams. You can even add custom worklog attributes like billable, overtime, travel time and more.

Hi @Andrey Dresvyannikov, interesting and complex use case! But it sounds like Inline Table Editing for Confluence could solve that. With this solution, you can work in Confluence like in excel, even in view mode, and handle complex calculations. A list about all the built in formula and functions can be found in the…
-
Hm. Sorry to hear that! Maybe you should really reach out to the Atlassian support?

Hi @Eda Gul, you could try these steps: Open the snapshot tab "Insert JIRA Issue/Filter". Make your desired changes to the query in the "Search" topic. Switch to the "Create New Issue" topic and make any necessary changes to the query. Switch to the "Recently Viewed" topic and make any necessary changes to the query. Click…

Hi @Steve Scola, I'm not sure here, BUT it might have something to do with the rial plan ending. When the trial ended, Jira may have reverted to a previous configuration or settings, which could explain why only the two newly created sprints are visible. To resolve this issue, you could clear the Jira cache. Go to to…

Thank you so much for appreciating it, @Ulrich Kuhnhardt _IzymesCo_ ! It was an interesting discovery for us as well!
-
Thank you so much, @Andy Gladstone ! It was really a constant up and down of emotions. But it was always clear: No one is left alone. We can do this. It was not always clear how, but we knew somehow everything would be fine :)

Hi there, one of my articles is still in moderation although I reached out many times. Can you please check and help me? I have no idea what I did wrong ... https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Time-Tracking-in-Jira-Detailed-Guide-for-2023/ba-p/2486426#M7094 Thank you!

Thanks everyone who voted for our Ancient Gods Jira Reporting demo so far! Cyber Duck is really proud. 🦆
-
Thank you, @Michaela Mayer _K15t_ ! The cyberduck story was a kinda spontaneous idea that came up in our Product Owner's mind @Rustem Shiriiazdanov _Actonic_ during an interview :D Did you submit a demo as well? 🤩

Hi @Debbie Robertson , a 403 error typically indicates a permissions issue. Make sure that your user account in Jira Software has the necessary permissions to access and attach files to issues. Sometimes, permissions may have changed, or your role might have been modified. If you're using an API token for authentication,…
