Thank you so much, @Tobias Pfeifer ! The best thing is, that I, as a Marketing person with not too much coding skills, could easily set it up. It's just drag and drop and color pickers and very intuitive to use.

Thank you so much, @Jörn Schüler ! Need to admit, not that much of a championship fan, but using that highly popular event to bring some more happiness into the world (workplace), why not?
-
Thanks for sharing your opinion, @Kristian Klima! 🥳 Totally agree! Can't imagine working without Karma/Aura anymore.

Thank you so much for sharing that amazing knowledge! As a Content Manager, I have always known and used the power of automations in Jira. JIra automations streamline my workflow by automating the creation of tickets for articles, including briefings, images, writing, and proofreading. Additionally, for our monthly…

HI @Nigel.Partridge Welcome to the community! To make a Confluence page visible only to a specific team, you can adjust the page restrictions like this: Navigate to the Confluence page you want to restrict. * Click on the Lock Icon: You'll find this in the top-right corner of the page, next to the "Share" button. * Set…

Hi @Andre Menezes good question! I can highly recommend Aura Content Formatting Macros. Actually, I recently wrote an article about exactly that HTML feature of the tool. Take a look at it!
-
Hi @Kelsey Van Scoy thanks for mentioning Aura Content Formatting Macros. As a Content Manager, I especially love the latest macro: Dynamic Content Macros. You can create FAQs, Overviews of content like Blogs, Posts, Pages or even create org charts. And any change in the content will automatically be applied to the…

Thanks for your comment, @Rustem Shiriiazdanov _Actonic_ ! About the gamification. I'd say: Start Simple: Don't try to gamify your entire UX at once. Choose specific areas where user engagement is low or a desired behavior needs encouragement. And I think you should start with baby steps - and see how the users like the…

Hi, @Dario Margeli, I actually do have a fave third party app: Spacecraft. You can easily try and enjoy it.

Love Fri-Yay! :) I would like to take the next spot, July 5th. But any other date is fine too.
-
Hi @srwaringhudson, I know the tool Inline Table Editing. With it, you can edit Confluence tables in view mode (with great functions!) and export to CSV or XLS.
-
Hi @Kallan Roi, did you check the permissions already? When using automation like "create confluence page" from Jira, there might be a permission issue where the automation lacks the rights to access the image within the template.
-
Thank you so much for your acknowledgement, @Lukas Nicolai_Seibert ! Your fave sounds pretty nice! Thanks for the recommendation.

Thank you so much for the feedback, @Rustem Shiriiazdanov _Actonic_ !

I for one, love the tool: AutoPage - Display Jira data in Confluence with automation | Atlassian Marketplace With AutoPage, you can automatically create Confluence pages from Jira issues. That means you can display Jira content on a Confluence page, which will be linked and also synchronized live. AutoPage can also be used…

Hi @Rob Billeaudin the second screenshot, we can see that you are using some panel/page builder macro. Which one is it? If you know how it behaves, you can certainly solve your problem.
-
WOW! What an amazing job! Can't wait to see how that improves JSM.
-
Hi @Merve Nur Sevinç, Confluence doesn't have a dedicated "placeholder text" macro readily available anymore, especially in newer versions (post-September 2023). Bevore that time, you could simply create a new template and add a placeholder. This function is not available anymore. That's why you can't add new placeholders,…
-
Hi @Gianluca, you can look for a section in the sidebar or navigation menu called "Recently Edited" or "Recently Viewed." This list might show your unpublished page. Or, if you remember any specific details from the page, use the Confluence search bar to look for keywords or phrases.

Hi @Robert Levine. 👋🏼 Your question was a while ago, but basically the problem hasn't changed, so I wanted to answer it: While Confluence doesn't have a built-in button creation option, there's a fantastic third-party macro suite called Aura Content Formatting Macros that offers a user-friendly button macro, perfect for…
-
Hi @Bowen Zheng , did you try to clear your browser cache? That's the first thing I'm doing when sth like this is happening. Atlassian frequently releases security updates for Confluence. It's possible the attachment download security feature you're experiencing is from a more recent, non-public update focused on improving…

The question is a bit older, but the need is the same: Currently there is no Confluence built in macro for the cloud that allows you to embed HTML into your page. But there is the macro suite Aura Content Formatting Macros. 🌐 Using Aura, you can embed HTML, CSS and JavaScript completely intuitively and quickly - previews…
-
Hi @Sanjeev , good question! You should take a look at this video. It shows you how to solve that problem with the Macrosuite Aura. You can request a free and personalized demo and go through your use case.
-
Hi @Matt Tierney, what is the name of the template you're talking about?
-
