@Leena Siddamshetty I am not sure if those are applicable to the server edition as well. I am only using Cloud :) Let's see if we can get this solved. Putting the fields above the line should work for all fields, regardless of their type. Unless, they are system fields that we cannot modify. Can you provide a screenshot of…

Thank you for this motivational post. There are a lot of options to give back to the community and to keep learning together.

It looks like you have an open portal. This allows everyone to send in requests. However, if you want to show those issues to the customers that have send them in, they need to have an account. Otherwise, all the issues will be available to everyone visiting your site. This is, for some obvious reasons, unwanted.
-
Sure thing, you just have to drag the field above the dividing line of the screen configuration. * Go to the project settings > Request types * Open the request type that you want to change the view screen for * Select Issue view on top * Drag the story points field from "Hidden when empty fields" to the "Context Fields"…

Can you provide some more information on what you want to achieve? Issues have a certain statuses and can transition from or to certain statuses depending on the project workflow. You can view a list of issues with a certain status through the search option. You can get information when an issue transitions by setting an…

That is quite easy to achieve. First; disable the Customer Notification that triggers when the issue is created (Project Settings > Customer Notifications) Then, create an automation that triggers when an issue is created. Let the automation comment on an issue and make sure that the comment visibility is set to "Share…

Thanks for sharing, and good luck on the rest of your journey. Just checking; don't you mean you voluntarily log into the community instead of involuntarily?

Getting every certification is a rare thing. So many people only focus on their current role and move forward with a tunnel vision. They are missing out on many great options present in other parts of the software and not seeing ways in which departments can work together. Well done!

This is great, I would like a team course to go through the basics of JSM. Just to get my team up to speed with all the functionality that is available. Keep up the good work.

This is great! I do believe that there is no real distinction between "life" and "work" but that there is just life. We just happend to spend that life on different aspects. All those aspects should get the required time to get the progress we want.

Thanks for this, great first step towards becoming more proficient with Atlassian products. I too, hope for a quick release of the ACP-120 materials

Hello, Please add me as well. Thanks!

Hello @Plant ) Yuma Unfortunately there is no email log to check. That certainly would make life a lot easier sometimes... A few more suggestions you can try * Copy/Paste the email address and send the customer a manual email. I have learned that even valid looking mail address might not actually be valid... * Ask the…

Hello @Negjat Jusaj ! The portal does have some limitations. I am no expert myself but these are my experiences so far, hopefully they bring some value to you. 1. There is no out-of-the box translation. There are several plugins that you can check out but they will interfere with the answer in question 3. That is one of…

Hello @Mohammed Arafat Naidoo The out-of-box customer portal is very functional but quite basic in the customization department. You can take a look at Refined. They allow more customization. We have been using it with mixed succes. The portal looks great and is very manageable. They do struggle a bit with getting more…

Works like a charm! Thanks a lot @Anastasiia Dimnych !

This is the way to go, there is no need for additional plugins

@Max Foerster - K15t beat me to it...what he says :)

Hello @Sabi Szilagyi You could take a look at Notification Schemes. This allows you to set notifications the way you want. Check out this article for more detailed information: Configure notification schemes Good luck! Paul

Your username is the email address associated with your account. If you don't have access to your instance, you will need to ask someone else to take a look. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com > select your site > Users > the email address is listed below your name.

Hello Sabi, If I understand you correctly, you want a queue where you can see issues where the client is waiting on a response? You can use an automation that triggers when a comment is added. See below for an example. This version uses Issue statuses to show issues that require actions from an agent, when the agent is…

Hello Petter, Thank you for reaching out and clearing this up. Unfortunately, the workaround does not work for us, but hopefully other people can use this until the issue has been resolved. Kind regards, Paul

Just to make sure. There are the steps you took to create the group: admin.atlassian.com > select site > Groups > Create Group If that is the case, then it should show up in the automation interface. Just to double check, you are working in the same site? What happens when you create a new group, does that one show up?
-
Hello, Do you see any groups when you click on the pull-down? Or does it remain blank? Where did you create a group? It looks like you are a site admin and only organization admins should be able to create groups. Even without granting the group product access, it should show up in the drop down. In short, can you provide…
