Hi @james-selva-kumar and welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'd just add that one should be careful when connecting BI type tools to Jira as they can make significant performance impacts depending on the way and frequency with which they are used. Be sure to have a good monitoring baseline established prior to releasing…

The presentation moves quick but it's a great intro to the many features and capabilities of Opsgenie. Kate does a great job of presenting so check this out if you want to see what Opsgenie can do for you! Thanks @Kate Clavet-D_Amelio !!

So well-deserved @Thomas Schlegel - congratulations and thank you for all you do!!

@Angela Boston - I edited the post to hyper-link the Re:solution reference - it now points to the resolution Reichert Network Solutions GmbH page in the Atlassian Marketplace. ~~Larry

Hi @johanna.bishop and welcome to the Atlassian Community! To just transfer an issue to a software project if it doesn't need to be simultaneously tracked in the service desk project (where the customer can see it), just use the "move" function that should be available on the "More" drop-down menu. The person moving the…

Hi @JB ! At first glance, it sounds like your automation rule isn't set to trigger only when a customer comments on the issue, so, when you write your resolution, which is recorded as a comment, automation sees it and reopens the issue.

Having had my travel completely shut down has helped me in two ways. The first is that I'm eating better because, as one can imagine, it's really hard to eat healthy on the road. The second is that I'm getting time to get out on my mountain bike with regularity (like 4-6 times a week). The combination has helped me lose…

I picked up a line from it that I try to use with my wife ... "as you wish". It fell on deaf ears for many years until my daughters finally convinced her to watch the movie with them and it all made sense!?!?!?! :-P

I don't have pictures or video but I was nearly run over by a fleeing White-Tail doe during a mountain bike ride. A rider on a nearby trail spooked her and she almost slammed into me at a pretty good pace as I came around a corner obscured by a bush. Fortunately for us both, she had quick reflexes and dodged just in time.

Congratulation to each of you for epitomizing what this community is all about!

Learned this one from my grandfather, a carpenter, when I was a boy - "Measure twice, cut once". I've re-learned that one so many times I can't count.

Well done indeed @Alexey Matveev !!

My wife and I took a short walk with a new friend while we were riding the Mineral Belt trail area in Leadville, Colorado a couple of weeks ago. :-P

Hi @gavin.langford ! I'm not as well versed on cloud as I am on server/DC so please bear with me. A quick hit might be to use the Multi-Excerpt add-on to create a series of base pages containing many parts from which situation-specific pages can be populated through combining different sets of excerpts to address different…

Yes @Miles B. - I've heard that too and can't wait!

Oooh good topic @Monique vdB ! I'll go with: * Mash * Cheers * Sopranos * Leverage * Elementary I could be convinced to substitute the Olympics as it's got a nice variety of sports that I do occasionally watch though I'd rather be doing the thing instead of watching someone else do it (except running which I'm totally fine…

Spot on and well stated @Tomáš Vrabec !! (And I agree @Matt Doar that the Bulk Fix Resolutions is a great way to clean up.)

A slightly belated but none the less sincere Happy Birthday @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- !!

Hi @Monique vdB ! I've completed the highlighted items from the list. Is it too late to get the badge?

Summit 2020 took me on an emotional rollercoaster ride. I was so excited about attending Summit and seeing my worldwide "Atlassian family". Then the world fell apart and Summit went virtual which totally took the wind from my sails for a while. However I have to give tremendous props to the Community team as they figured…

@ESM - Try them as a "hamburger steak" smothered in brown or cream gravy with mashed potatoes and/or other favorite veggies!

Woohoo, more fun content - thanks @Bridget !!!

Hi @Vijay_Ganji If there is a choice, I always prefer the same platform (OS, Java, database, etc) the application provider uses for development. I call these tier one platform elements as they are most often what the provider's development and support staff are most familiar with. This frequently translates into better…
