Ree Kent Atlassian Team

Congrats @Hana Kučerová!

Welcome @roydbrayshay It is great to meet you!

Congratulations @margarita.martinez !

Hello @Neda , Unfortunately, no. Traveling to another country is not an option as your ID would show Iran as your address.

Hello @[deleted] and @Sarp Egemen The page has been updated. Thank you again!

Congratulations @John Funk! Very well deserved.

Hello @Neda Yes that is correct. There is no testing center in Iran and it's not possible to take the exam online as it requires an address and Iran is not included.

Thank you @Jimmy Seddon !

@Kristin Lyons Please visit the Maintain your Certification page for information. Thanks!

@Rob Horan @Jason Krewson There is no integration between the systems. You need to manually enter your activities for now. For more details, please visit the Maintain your Certification page.

Hi @Rob Horan The skills badges have been retired and cannot be renewed. Please submit a support ticket to have your ACP-JCA extended. You can use the ACE events to renew; the address you use to register for events does not matter. I hope that helps!

Thanks @Sarp Egemen!

@AG Sorry you are experiencing that. To resolve this you will need to clear your cache and you may need to close all your tabs as well. HTH!

Hi @Harrison Ponce So sorry that you are encountering an issue with the voucher. I will reach out to you directly.

Hi @Dietmar Doerschlag Thank you for the questions! I also recommend people look over the Maintain your certifications page on Atlassian University. 1. Both in person and virtual attendance can be used. But keep in mind that only one global event submission can be used in a renewal cycle. If you are planning on watching…

Hi @Dietmar Doerschlag From the Designations page on Atlassian University. 1. Yes, you are correct. FAQ: What are the start and end dates for a designation? The designation will be granted on the date that the final required certification is earned. It will expire on the date that the first required certification is…

Here is the University page that lists the recommended courses: Managing Jira Projects for Cloud I will share this question with the Learning team. Thanks!

Hi @Dietmar Doerschlag Yes! You can share the badge just as you would share a certification badge. Also, you can add designations to your transcript.

Hi @Tomislav Tobijas Yes, adding the badges to your Community profile is in the pipeline, but the exact ETA date is not known at this time. I will provide an update once the team knows the date. Thanks!

Hello everyone! I wanted to share that designations are now LIVE!!! Please see this post to learn more, 🎉 Designations Are Now Live 🎉

Hi @Tomislav Tobijas Yes they are! A new Community post is coming soon and the emails from Cert Metrics will be sent in the coming days.

Thanks for creating this @Martin Runge !

Hi @Dietmar Doerschlag "Transformation" takes the place of "Migration" :) It will show up automatically in CertMetrics; no need to enter a ticket.

Hi @Dietmar Doerschlag A similar designation is coming in the next few weeks. There will be a Community post when it is deployed in production. You will see the designation in CertMetrics under the Designations tab in the menu. Here is a post with more details. New Atlassian certification designations - coming soon!…

@Trudy P Claspill The date that is used for calculating renewal is the activity date, not the upload date. It is not advisable to wait, as entering the activity later does not impact the renewal dates, and it is possible to forget about the activity or lose the image to be uploaded. Also, entering the activities as you…

Thanks for the response @Trudy P Claspill , but one minor change. The date that matters is the date of the activity, not when it is entered. It is encouraged to enter activities as soon as they are completed so that candidates can see their progress.

Hi @Dietmar Doerschlag! The coursework to be completed does not need to be related to the certification. CE units are applied to all of your certifications. Here are a couple of additional links - The new certification renewal program is now live! and Maintain your Certification Hope that helps!

Yeah @Bryan Guffey !!!

Hello @Dietmar Doerschlag ,You will receive the designation automatically. No submission is needed.

@Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM There will be swag! More to come.
