It´s really strange. I couldn´t get any webhook work either :( Unfortunately in Jira (cloud) I can´t even see if a webhook was triggered. I also tried to trigger an automation (incoming webhook) from another tool (github) which wasn´t working either (got the same status code 400). Best Stefan
