Hi @Jeremi Nilsson - welcome to the community What does the audit log tell? Could you please add a screenshot of it? Does the clone action work and does the issue get created? What issue type is the trigger issue? Is the trigger issue a child of an epic (hence: is the field ‚Epic Link‘ set in the trigger issue)?…

Hi @Mashford, Reuben and welcome to the community I guess you´d like to have this line only once. As {{#lookupIssues}} is iterating through the list of issues delivered by the JQL it repeats the line (as it tries to write anything per issue). Try to just use the following line: Total number of items released:…

@Darryl Lee very attentive. how could I overlook this important detail 🙈😂 Thanks clarifying this 🙌🏼 that sounds plausible in my eyes (even if it was the exact opposite of my assumption 😂). Best Stefan
-
Hi @Nikita I assume you are working in a company-managed project. Creating and associating workflows is limite to jira admins (global admins, not project administrators). Do you have this permission? are you in the admin-group? Best Stefan
-
Hi @Theis Joergensen assuming the field you get the values from is a select field or picker field I would recommend to work with a "for:each" branch iterating over the list from your field and creating a task in each iteration. Further questions from my side would be: * when should this be done (what is the trigger)? *…

Hi @Matt Shovlar As comala is a plugin I guess this can not be done „out of the box“ with native automation actions. I found out that Comala has its own RestAPI so you could call a webrequest in your automation rule calling the api that will do the job/action needed. See the docu below:…

@Jessica C K Flores billing & payment are responsibilities of the site admin. generally site admins get notified if there is an issue with any payment. In case there was no notification (which I would highly doubt) please raise an issue to atlassian. Otherwise I would discuss responsibilities with the site admin. Still:…

Hi @Jessica C K Flores & @Yoav Tzur any update? Could the problem be solved? Best Stefan
-
Hi @Laura Snoeij this indeed sounds strange but happy to know you got it working 👍 Best Stefan
-
Hi @Laura Snoeij Could you please provide all possible information in form of screenshots? It would be helpful to see the configuration of the screen, the workflow itself, the transition where the screen is added and its configuration. Thanks in advance. Best Stefan
-
Hi @Jessica C K Flores & @Yoav Tzur As I can see from the above screenshot it´s a team-managed project. This means access and permissions are handled within the project, not globally by a Jira Admin. (it seems the access configuration is set to private). I recommend to red through the following link that explains all the…
-
Hi @Jessica C K Flores Could you proivide some explanation of what exactly you are trying to do as well as screenshots so to make it possible for us to understand and analyse the problem? furthermore: Are you an administrator in this jira site? Was there a permission scheme added to the project so that people need to be…
-
Hi @Laura Snoeij As mentioned before I could reproduce this behaviour with a lacking permission. I removed the "log work" permission for service team users so the field wasn´t shown when I tried to transition an issue with a service team user. See the screenshot below which permission is meant: Hope this solves the problem…

Hi @Gracjan Wesołowski _HeroCoders_ Please read the guidelines for Marketplace and Solution Partners: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Atlassian-Community-online-guidelines-for-Marketplace-and/ba-p/689723 Best Stefan

Hi @Laura Snoeij thanks for the information. Does your service management project use an own permission scheme? Time tracking needs to be granted there (to people in service management team/group). https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-time-tracking/ Furthermore: Is there a Field…

Hi everybody, I´ve been using Jira since roundabout 2009. In one of my last Jobs a few years ago there was a need to dive deeper into the administrating the tool. That was a starting point of a big love :) Over the past years I strive to get deeper and deeper an learn more about the whole toolchain, connecting other tools…
-
Hi @Laura Snoeij As far as I know in Jira Service Management customers mainly use SLA to track time. As I could find in the documentation it´s possible to use the time tracking from jira software too but needs to be enabled by an administrator. See the link below:…

Hey @Circenn Gomez Gascon any updates here? If your question was answered please consider to hit the "Accept answer" button. Best Stefan

Hi @Senthilnathan Annamalai Could you please share a screenshot of your automation rule/how your send webrequest action is configured? Furthermore how you provide authentication to your local API depends on your local API. How do you call the API outside of Jira? Another point could be that (as this API is internally) it…
-
Bitte…
-
Hi @Christopher Dick kannst du bitte einen Screenshot vom Audit Log/Protokoll diese Ausführung senden. Weiters wird in deiner Automation Rule nur 1 TestExecution erstellt, wodurch "createdIssue.get(2)" vermutlich was falsches oder leeres zurückschickt, da dieser Index in der Liste nicht existiert. Du könntest also entweder…
