Hi @Ruchitha You can disable people's permission to create a board by giving them a role in the project that is not allowed to create shared objects in the permission scheme that is used for your project. Only if you're administrator of an existing board, you have permission to edit its configuration. Kind regards, Dick

I found a nice online tool for this: Cron Parser It yielded me 0 0 5W */3 * as the closest answer to OP's query. This was translated by the page as: "At 12:00 AM, on the weekday nearest day 5 of the month, every 3 months" Kind regards, Dick

Hi @Saranya Mohan babu Welcome to the Atlassian Community The ~ operator is for comparing a string to another string. It's called the "like" operator (as in similar to) You're presenting a small list of three comma separated numbers and want to compare this string of text to a the string "Gap[Short text]". That does not…

Hi @Star Support If you want to pursue this option (after having gotten an answer that works for you), please start by making a screenshot of your workflow and status transition settings. Kind regards, Dick

Hi @Joaquim Roliz Join the organization as Organizational Admin, then on the billing tab, you can select removal of the instance. It will go into effect 1 month after the last login. Kind regards, Dick

You can always list the persons if you have access to the database: USE YOURJIRAINSTANCE SELECT d.directory_name AS "Directory", u.active AS "AD-Active", u.user_name AS "Username", DATEADD(second, cast(attribute_value as bigint)/1000,{d '1970-01-01'}) AS "Last Login" FROM dbo.cwd_user u JOIN ( SELECT * FROM…

Hi @Martin Neal The obvious would include: * Contact the company responsible for Zephr if there's an update from their side too, or if they plan to continue support in the future. * Roll back the Jira update Best to check the compatibility of plugins before upgrading Jira. Kind regards, Dick

Dear @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ No need to say you're sorry here. I didn't interpret your point as an attack. It only motioned me to enlighten what and how I realized this fair trade-off between storage and query performance (thank you @Bill Sheboy , perfectly put!). Kind regards to both of you, Dick
-
Hi @Bill Sheboy and @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ To illustrate the above: We have four managerial domains, that put their long term and sub-long term ideas into two top-issuetypes, each in their own project (A, B, C, D). Next to these, we have agile groups working on epics with their tasks and stories. Each Group works for…

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ With sufficient permissions, you can edit the field. Kind regards, Dick

Hi @Stephen Gordinier The outcome of issue B (the test) is governed by the definition-of-done by the team doing the testing. In this document / instruction set / team-based-agreement, you'll find the prerequisites for performing the test in a reproducible way, meeting certain standards. I would not store the definition of…

Dear @Bharath Avula Having a Daily (the scrum ritual) with the team is way better than any automation achievable. Forge your team by interaction about how to tackle the work-of-today, you can do it! Kind regards, Dick
-
Spot on @arielei. It's a two-step process. First import into Jira, then move to the correct project. Kind regards, Dick

Ah, the mystic ways of a human's alter ego playing mischief... :) Why not mark your question as accepted, so that other people might benefit as well from the mystery we solved here? Kind regards, Dick

Hi @Assad Rajab It's as simple as to include the not operator in your condition after finding a set of issues to begin with using the lookupissues function. Kind regards, Dick
-
Hi @Rajae Bakkali I would use two separate projects altogether. You can combine the two in a single board for other purposes (internal). Kind regards, Dick
-
Hi @MidnightExe Are you sure that the workflow you show is the only workflow in your project? It is possible that different issue types have different workflows as defined in the project workflow scheme. Kind regards, Dick
-
Hi @Assad Rajab You can use a conditional expression for this: If issuetype in (task, sub-task) The issues that pass this condition can have a different automation path, which is indicated to you by the vertical line that's visible to the right of the main line between automation parts. Kind regards, Dick

Hi @Sinem Arslan Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Per default, there is a maximum file size for the pdf generated, as per earlier question on this forum Kind regards, Dick

Hi @Melike Sevde Yildiz Welcome to the Atlassian Community We're using plugin JXL to instantly see the epic progress you mention. Kind regards, Dick

Merci bien, David. Cordialement, Dick

Hi @David REYNAUD I've opened the document and you're right: the default, predefined value for the cfo approval field is not filled with the default "Dominique Lecheval" value (it should not say Annie in your error message). You filled all the details as they should. My sole advice I can give to you: delete the cfo…

Hi @SysAdmin You can use automations with an on field change trigger, then calculate the number and paste it in your sum-field (or do other stuff with it). Kind regards, Dick
-
Hi @David REYNAUD Welcome to the Atlassian Community, A custom field also needs to have a space on the screen definition that you're using. You can find what screen scheme your project is using in the project settings. Drill down from issue type screen scheme all the way to the actual screen and add your custom field to…

Hi ibm.kustagi@mercedes-benz.com You can have a workflow for each issue type. When using the board to invoke a status change, you'll be presented with only the options for the specific issue type you want to move. Things get a bit messy when you're using the menu, though. Kind regards, Dick
-
Hi @Richard McGhee And you have started the sprint? And is the Done status the right-most column on your board? Kind regards, Dick
-
A board is just a pair of glasses to look at the current status of a (part of a) project or projects. There's data in the work items. When you're talking about reporting, you implicitly are interested in what has been done in past sprints. For this, Jira has the reporting section, where you can visualize metrics over past…
-
Hello @Chamdarig Dall Big question for me here is: why use Scriptrunner as building the board you desire can be done in Jira right out of the box? Kind regards, Dick

Hi @Holger Engelmann , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Your Jira datacenter is capable of having multiple directories that can hold the accounts fetched from ie. Microsoft Active Directory via LDAP query. Each directory can have it's own account source and filtering. Accounts get access if they match. Starting from the…
