Hello, @James and welcome to the Community. You can use Jira in every project you want, not necessary software ones (for example, I did it for a non profit organization). I used to work with task or epic (it depends of the duration of the task) . You can use Jira in Agile projects with no problem. If you have doubts, do…
-
Hello, @Sajin Antony You can do it removing these issue types from issue type scheme. But you need to be a project administrator or jira administrator... I enclose some useful links: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-are-issue-type-schemes/…
-
Hello, @Zoe Barr ; Maybe you could use swinlanes by user in your board, or quick filters...
-
Really good article. I agree with you than Jira is #1

Hello, @David Dean , In board settings -> Columns there is a min and max box in every column where you can set the WIP limits.
-
Hello, @Jimi Wikman ; I used BigPicture in a similar situation. You can create a project with all the areas/departments included and later, to view only the information you need, you can use qick filters (for example, one by area)
-
Hello, @Nida Maqsood ; Have you tried to move it to the wk sprint to the backlog and laterm from the backlog to the new active sprint?
-
Maybe they don'r have the "Browse project" permission... Ask your Administrator if you are using an issue security scheme with some restictions for users
-
Hello, @Bo Yuen ; If you have the correct permissions, you can have the option to clone an issue, of course. In the option list (where you can have the option to delete, etc), you can see the clone option.
-
Hola, @Miguel Angel ; yo creo que Jira tiene muchas capacidades y por supuesto puedes hacer el trabajo que haces con el MS Project. Sobre apps, yo he trabajado con BigPicture y está bastante bien...
-
thanks, @Brant Schroeder , and welcome to the group :)
-
Hello, @Krutish Ruparelia , maybe you need to add this field to the issue screens. There are 3 screens per issue (view, edit and create). And be sure you have the Schedule Issues permission

Hello, @Nicole Hall _ZA_ We would need to see the board details but I think you can acheve what you want, simply defining correctly the board B filter and maybe creating a sub-filter (if your board is a Kanban one) or a quick filter
-

-
Hello, @Rahmat Ali ; Maybe the final status of the disappeared issues are not mapped in the done colum. Have you verified it?
-
Hello, @Jim Stewart Maybe you could mark the issues you don't want to see (using a label or a custom field, for example) and to create a quick filter for the board, using the label in the search. Doing it, you would only see the issues you need and you could focus the daily work on them.
-
Hello, @Rachrachben Could you tell us a detailed information about the problem you have?
-
Hello, @Alex Gych ; The "!=" operator doesn't work with fields that has no value, so if you want to show null values too, you must do using the "is EMPTY" operatos, as you did it. Please, see this link for more information about this operator:…
-
Hello, @Udit Shah Maybe you can use a project role, creating one for all the scrum masters. this project role could have the "Manage Sprints", "Start/Complete sprints" and "Edit Sprints" permission.

-
Hello, @Chris ; Have you tried using ~ ? (summary ~ "CLS-S-OG2") for example. I'ts the best way when you don't remember the complete name... Try to complete the search with other fields you know, like the project name, a label, etc.
