Cool to know! Cheers

Glad it helped! Cheers

Hi Stephane, Can you please confirm if you're trying to access the customer portal or Jira? Customers (with no product licenses) can only raise requests through the Service Desk Customer Portal and I do feel the error message you have is because the customer account is trying to access Jira application directly. Cheers

Hi Yuki, It seems like the notification you shared is sent to the former address, have you tried the new email address (and checked the spam folder)? There might be a verification link! Cheers
-
Hi Keisha, I'd love to help but I'm not sure I do understand your request! Seems like you're admi of your instance but can't use all features, can you describe a bit more what you're trying to do and what's the outcome? What's failing? Please also tell us if you're a project admin, a Jira admin or a Jira System Admin?…

Hi there, This Community platform is meant to provide help on the Atlassian products. After reviewing the above error message, it seems like your initial script preparing the install is failing due to distant repos not fetching the images you're trying to deploy. This is therefore unrelated with Atlassian and you might…

Hi Hugo, Welcome around! It's definitely a better idea to use a jira users (not Windows authentication) in my opinion (not even sure you can user Windows auth). There's an interesting step-by-step guide here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/connecting-jira-applications-to-sql-server-2012-802592195.html…

You're completely right! The "Atlassian Stack" can definitely help your ITSM deployment! Jira Service Desk can handle support and service management while confluence can hold documentation, knowledge base. You can even use Bitbucket as a source control to integrate with Jira and link your code (if you do code :) ).…

@Jerry Ryan Ishmael sorry for the late reply! I'm not with a partner at the moment, working for National Bank of Canada as a direct consultant :) I'm sometimes attending the AUG but really depends on when it is! What do you do here in MTL? Cheers
-
Hi Tim, You can use MyAtlassian (https://my.atlassian.com) to manage your licenses and subscriptions! Please note that you need to connect with the subscriber's credentials to manage the license or subscription! Hope this helps! Cheers

Hi Ian, Welcome on Community! There is no real limit on how many customer portals you can host, you just have to know that there's a single portal per project and performance might be the only real limit. From what I've seen on the market, you can definitely have more than 50 portals without any problem, as long as it's…

Cool! Glad you've found it out! For others to benefit from your finding you might want to post a comment and accept your own reply so that question will be tagged as answered and will give a good help for people in a similar situation :) Have a great day!

Hi Joseph, It feels like your question is highly related to https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Questions/Board-Permission/qaq-p/729678 which I just commented. Here is the documentation I pointed out in the other…

Hi Nikolas, Welcome on Community! Boards are managed individually which means that you can totally grant access to a single board in a project holding many of them! If your board is based on a filter, the people/groups/etc to which the filter is shared will be granted access to the board. A lot more about boards…

Cool, thanks for the details! No worries on the strange needs, as a consultant I've seen many different contexts and trust me, there's no way I could understand from where some requirements were coming :) Good luck and again, welcome!

Another great showcase by @Bridget! Very interesting story, glad to know more about our famous Jira Queen! Love the recommendation thing :)
-
Hi John, Welcome on Community! To answer your question I'd say that the running OS might be at your preference (both Unix and Windows are supported). I personally prefer Unix as I'm more familiar with its administration. If you want an "easy" way to install and maintain applications, I'd recommend the running "as a…

Great, I feel like the Atlassian Stack will soon become a critical application for your company if not already. That's a good jump in your user Tier, hope you'll get every user's enthusiasm, seems not an issue at the moment :) Have a good time with us here on Community!

Great, looks like our jobs are very similar! Have you been switching between companies a lot or did you stay in a company or two during your career? How did you feel about ACP-500? Did not take it yet, but planning on it! I feel you on the Cloud vs OnPrem issue, contexts with both are rare and building extended knowledge…

That's a great step in favor of transparency. At least we'll now be sure to catch Atlassian's attention even if the backlog can't be customer tailored 100%. Sounds interesting in my opinion, can't wait to see the the outcome!
-
Welcome Amy! Hope you'll benefit a lot from Community! What do you do for a living? Tell us more on how awesome you are! Cheers
